Jackpot.com operator – Lottomatrix Operations Limited

Lottomatrix Operations Limited used to operate a few more casinos and iGaming sites than it does now. Jackpot.com has always been its flagship brand, but it was joined by sites like Lyca Lotto and Health Millions. Those former Jackpot.com sister sites have since gone the way of the dodo, leaving Scratchcards.net as the only Jackpot.com sister site still standing. We don’t cover Scratchcards.net in detail because, as the name suggests, it isn’t really a casino. That means that when Jackpot.com talks about itself on the “about us” page of its website, it’s really talking about Lottomatrix Operations Limited. All the mentions of organising syndicates for players are functions of Lottomatrix rather than Jackpot.com, but they’re badly described because the quality of English used at the site isn’t always stellar. Perhaps that’s a consequence of Lottomatrix Operations Limited not being a UK-based casino operator – the company’s head office is in Malta.

The best way to get a feel for the company identity of Lottomatrix Operations is to check the company’s business website, where it drops the “Operations” and refers to itself simply as “Lottomatrix.” Smack bang in the middle of the homepage, you’ll see the company’s mission statement, which is to change the lottery experience through innovation and variety, plus giving players access to the biggest jackpots in the world. We’re not sure what part of providing players with access to lotteries is supposed to change the whole experience, but we’ll allow the company its hyperbole. The original purpose of Jackpot.com when it first went live was that it would serve as a portal to multiple lotteries around the world. This promotion only runs between 4pm and 6pm every day, so you’re out of luck on the cashback front if you’re at work during those hours and can’t play. The total limit for cashback per day is £30, which is low. In better news, all cashback sums paid are wager-free.

Any other promotions you might come across at Jackpot.com are likely to be time-limited. When we visited the casino, there were up to 100 free spins on the site-exclusive Devil Wilds slot available to any player who deposits £15 and then wagers that sum x10. That’s quite a lot of wagering for twenty-five free spins per time, but players can do it four times per week to receive all one hundred spins. It’s been in force since 2017 and is free of fines, sanctions, warnings, or any other regulatory actions.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

For reasons best known to itself, Jackpot.com offers far fewer methods for withdrawal than it does for deposits. You can get your money into the casino almost any way you like, but you can only get it out using a Visa debit card, a Mastercard debit card, MuchBetter e-wallets, or through a bank transfer. Why MuchBetter is supported when PayPal isn’t is unknown. The maximum withdrawal per transaction is only £1000, which is very low indeed, and the processing time is between one and three working days at all times. We applaud its progress, but it still has quite a lot of work to do if it wants to be considered among the best.
