Ruby Bet not only has a sportsbook but leads with it. It’s not a great deal, and it hurts the overall appeal of the site. We suspect that it’s been a while since Maxiplay saw the attention of a good web designer, as some of the thumbnail links to the games featured on its homepage are broken. New games are still added regularly, though, and the library of slots is broad and deep.

Vegas Paradise

Vegas-themed online casinos are ten a penny. Vegas Paradise isn’t even the only Vegas-themed site in the Casino Kings sister sites family, so it would take something special to make it stand out. Does Vegas Paradise have that “something special?” It certainly makes a good attempt. For a start, it has a bespoke layout and design unlike any other casino site on the ProgressPlay network. It’s a little generic, but it does a good job of setting out what the casino’s all about, even if it’s a downgrade from the old homepage, which came with an image of the Sin City skyline. Vegas Paradise also does better than the average ProgressPlay casino when it comes to the site’s welcome offer, which is worth a maximum of £200 as a matched deposit. The same unfriendly terms still apply, though – the wagering requirement is x50, and the max conversion is x3. Players who use Skrill to make their first deposit with the site don’t qualify for the offer. The overall number of games available at Vegas Paradise appears to be a little lower than it is at most of the Casino Kings sister sites, too, but the quality of what’s on offer remains high. This casino might be a particularly good bet for jackpot hunters, as several seven-figure pots are available.

BB Casino

Casinos known by initials appear to be common among the Casino Kings sister sites. We’ve already seen RH Casino, and now here’s BB Casino. The difference between the two is that we know “RH Casino” stands for “Royal House Casino,” whereas the meaning of the “BB” in “BB Casino” is never stated. We’re highlighting that difference because there aren’t any other significant differences between the two sites. BB Casino is a return to the basic template design of ProgressPlay Casinos, with an identikit set of menu options and even some sharing of graphics on the casino’s homepage. However, there’s an increase in the amount of bonus funds available in the welcome offer. At BB Casino, you can max out a first deposit with a 100% match up to a cap of £300. The guide time for withdrawals to debit cards is between three and seven working days. Even Paypal can take between three and seven working days, which makes no sense because PayPal transactions are instant. ecoPayz does a little better, with a maximum turnaround of three working days. Trustly withdrawals should also complete within three working days. The best bet for getting your money out quickly is Neteller, which is quoted as one business day for processing plus another business day for transfer. There are no instant withdrawal methods, though, and that’s unusual for a reputable casino network company in the current era.

Customer Support and Licensing

Casino Kings holds two iGaming licenses – one with the UK Gambling Commission, which allows it to operate in the UK, and one with the Malta Gaming Authority, which allows it to operate further afield. Both licenses are held by ProgressPlay Limited. In May 2022, ProgressPlay Limited paid a settlement of £175,718 to the UKGC after accepting that it had broken licence conditions related to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and customer interaction. The quality of customer service available at Casino Kings isn’t great. Without a live chat or telephone option, the only way a player can contact the casino is to send an email using the contact form on the website.
