Casino Networks: Who Owns Which Online Casino?

Most online casinos aren’t one-offs. They belong to a network – a company that runs a whole family of sites on the same platform, often with the same games, payments and support team. This page shows who owns which casino, from the big household groups to the white-label platforms behind dozens of smaller brands. Click any network to see every sister site we’ve reviewed on it.

FAQ
What is a casino network?
A casino network is a group of online casinos run by the same company, or built on the same company’s platform. Sometimes that’s a big operator with a handful of well-known brands, like Rank with Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor. Sometimes it’s a white-label platform that builds and runs sites for other businesses, which is how one company can end up behind 100 casinos with different names.
Knowing the network tells you a lot before you sign up. Sister sites on the same network usually share games, payment methods, withdrawal times, bonus terms and customer support. If you enjoyed one, you’ll probably enjoy its sister sites. If you had a bad experience with one, that’s worth knowing before you try another.
The Biggest Casino Networks in the UK
These are the UK-licensed groups and platforms behind the casinos our readers ask about most. Five are household names, and the other five are the networks behind the largest families of sister sites. The site counts come from each company’s own listing on the Gambling Commission’s register.
Flutter Entertainment
UK licences: Bonne Terre Gaming Ltd (Sky, 65519), SBG Sports Ltd (Sky Bet, 67370), PPB Entertainment Ltd (Paddy Power and Betfair, 39426), Tombola (International) plc (38613)
Best-known sites: Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo, Paddy Power, Betfair, tombola
Flutter describes itself as the world’s number one sports betting and iGaming operator, and in the UK its brands are everywhere. It owns Sky Bet and the Sky Vegas, Sky Casino, Sky Bingo and Sky Poker sites, plus Paddy Power, Betfair and the bingo specialist tombola. Unlike the white-label networks further down this page, Flutter’s brands aren’t clones of each other. Each has its own look, promotions and loyalty scheme, so being sister sites here means sharing an owner rather than a template. PokerStars belongs to the group too, although its UK poker players are being moved across to Betfair. In the US, Flutter trades as FanDuel.
Entain
UK licence: LC International Limited (54743), 12 brands
Best-known sites: Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala Bingo, Foxy Bingo, Party Casino, bwin
Entain is the group behind two of the oldest names on the British high street, Ladbrokes and Coral, and almost all of its UK online brands sit on one licence held by LC International Limited. That licence covers Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala Bingo, Gala Casino, Gala Spins, Foxy Bingo, Foxy Games, Party Casino, partypoker, bwin, Sportingbet and Gamebookers. So if you’ve played at Gala or Foxy, you’ve already played on an Entain site. Outside the UK, Entain co-owns BetMGM in the US in a 50/50 joint venture with MGM Resorts. Its UK licence shows no regulatory actions on the register.
evoke (888 and William Hill)
UK licences: 888 UK Limited (39028), WHG (International) Limited (39225)
Best-known sites: 888casino, 888sport, 888poker, 777, William Hill
evoke is the new name for the company formerly known as 888 Holdings, and it also owns William Hill. In the UK its brands are split across two licences. 888 UK Limited runs 888casino, 888poker, 888sport and 777, while William Hill trades under WHG (International) Limited. Mr Green and Winner complete the group’s line-up outside the UK, and it reported revenue of £1.78 billion for 2025. Between them, the two UK licences list four regulatory actions on the Gambling Commission’s register, which is worth knowing if a clean licence record matters to you.
The Rank Group
UK licence: Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (57924), 12 active sites
Best-known sites: Mecca Bingo, Grosvenor Casino, Bella Casino, Magical Vegas, The Vic
Rank has been entertaining Britain since 1937, and you’ll know it from its Mecca bingo clubs and Grosvenor casinos. Online, everything runs through one licence held by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, which lists 12 active sites: Mecca Bingo, Mecca Games, Grosvenor Casino, Bella Casino, Magical Vegas, Kitty Bingo, Lucky Pants Bingo, Lucky VIP, Regal Wins, Rialto Casino, Spin and Win and The Vic. A few of those used to trade under Daub Alderney, which no longer appears on the register. Welcome bonuses across the family carry 10x wagering, the legal maximum in the UK, and the licence has no regulatory actions listed.
Gamesys (Bally’s Intralot)
UK licence: Gamesys Operations Limited (38905), 3 own sites and 9 white-label domains
Best-known sites: Jackpotjoy, Double Bubble Bingo, Bally Bet, Monopoly Casino, Virgin Games
Gamesys built some of the UK’s best-known bingo and slots brands. Three sites run directly under its licence – Jackpotjoy, Double Bubble Bingo and Bally Bet – and it also powers the white-label sites for Monopoly Casino, Rainbow Riches Casino and Virgin Games. Gamesys is now part of Bally’s Intralot, after Intralot bought Bally’s international online business in October 2025. Every site in the family runs on Gamesys’ own software, so moving between them feels very familiar. One regulatory action is listed on the licence’s register entry.
LeoVegas Group
UK licence: LeoVegas Gaming plc (39198), 6 active sites
Best-known sites: LeoVegas, BetMGM, BetUK, Pink Casino, Slot Boss, 21.co.uk
LeoVegas began as a mobile-first casino in Sweden and is now part of MGM Resorts International. Its UK licence, held by LeoVegas Gaming plc, covers six sites: LeoVegas, BetMGM, BetUK, 21.co.uk, Pink Casino and Slot Boss. They share the group’s progressive jackpot network, so the same LeoJackpot prize can land at more than one of them. Welcome offers across the family tend to be wager-free spins, which is still unusual among the big operators. The licence has never been subject to any regulatory actions.
SkillOnNet
UK licence: Skill On Net Limited (39326), around 50 sites
Best-known sites: PlayOJO, Mega Casino, Spin Genie, Genting Casino, Slingo, Swift Casino
SkillOnNet has been running online casinos for 20 years and is best known for PlayOJO, the casino that made its name with no-wagering bonuses. More than 30 of the sites on its licence are its own brands, including PlayOJO, Mega Casino, Spin Genie, Slots Magic, EU Casino, Queen Vegas and Ice36. Almost 20 more are white-label sites it runs for other companies, such as Genting Casino, Slingo, Swift Casino, Knight Slots and Luna Casino. That makes it one of the largest families of sister sites in the UK. The company refreshed its branding in 2025, and its licence carries no regulatory actions.
Jumpman Gaming
UK licence: Jumpman Gaming Limited (39175), almost 150 sites
Best-known sites: Amazon Slots, Mirror Bingo, Express Wins, Pink Riches, Giant Wins, Deal or No Deal Spin
Jumpman Gaming is the biggest white-label network in our directory. Its licence lists almost 150 sites, and around 130 of them are white labels built for other companies on the same template, which is why so many Jumpman sites look and feel identical. Newspaper casinos like Mirror Bingo and Express Wins sit alongside slot sites such as Amazon Slots, Pink Riches and Giant Wins, and game-show tie-ins like Deal or No Deal Spin and Play Your Cards Right Games. Offers across the network carry 10x wagering, with bonus winnings capped at your lifetime deposits up to £250. The company is based in Alderney, and its licence has no regulatory actions.
Broadway Gaming
UK licences: Broadway Gaming Limited (39075), Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited (58267), close to 100 sites
Best-known sites: Dotty Bingo, Glossy Bingo, 888 Ladies, Costa Bingo, Wink Bingo, Two Fat Ladies
Broadway Gaming is a Dublin-based bingo specialist that has grown by taking on brands from other networks. It holds two UK licences. Broadway Gaming Limited runs ten sites, including Dotty Bingo, Glossy Bingo, Rosy Bingo, Butlers Bingo, Jungle Reels and Fluffy Wins. Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited holds a much bigger bingo family that includes 888 Ladies, Costa Bingo, Wink Bingo, Bonnie Bingo, Moon Bingo and Two Fat Ladies. Many of the rooms share pooled jackpots, so the prize totals you see on one site often match its sisters exactly. Neither licence has been subject to any regulatory actions.
ProgressPlay
UK licence: ProgressPlay Limited (39335), more than 110 sites
Best-known sites: Monster Casino, Quid Slots, Fruity King, Wombat Casino, UK Slots, Moolzy
ProgressPlay is a Cyprus-based platform with more than 110 sites on its UK licence. Only about 20 are its own, such as Quid Slots, Bet Steve, UK Slots, Yoko Casino and Sunny Casino. The rest are white labels built for partners, including Monster Casino, Fruity King, Wombat Casino and Moolzy. Most share the same template and lobby, and many add a ProgressPlay sportsbook to the casino. If you’ve found one ProgressPlay site you like, there’s a good chance a sister has a bigger welcome offer. The company’s register entry lists one regulatory action.
Every UK-Licensed Casino Network
Every network below holds a current UK Gambling Commission licence with live sites on it. The licence holder is the company named in each casino’s footer, and the number in brackets is its account number on the register. Brands are counted from the register’s list of active and white-label web addresses, so a brand with several addresses only counts once. For the very largest networks the figure is approximate.

No network matches that search. Try the brand name without “casino” or “bingo”.
Jupiter Gaming and Solaya Group don’t have network pages on SisterSite.com yet. Their brands link to our individual casino reviews.
International Casino Networks
These networks run casinos licensed outside Britain, mostly in Curaçao, Malta or Anjouan. None of them holds a UK Gambling Commission licence, so their brands won’t appear on the UK register and aren’t covered by UK rules on things like bonus wagering or GAMSTOP. We list them because plenty of readers are outside the UK and want to know who’s behind the big international brands. For more on these sites, see our guide to non-UK casinos.
Casino Platforms and Software Suppliers
These companies don’t run casinos under their own names. They supply the platform, games or sportsbook that other operators build on, so the same supplier can sit behind casinos that have nothing else in common.

How We Check Who Owns a Casino
Every UK-licensed casino has to name the company that holds its licence, usually in the footer or the terms and conditions. We take that company name and look it up on the UK Gambling Commission’s public register, which lists every web address the company is allowed to run. That’s how we know which casinos really are sister sites, rather than just looking alike.
Networks change more often than you’d think. Brands get sold, white-label deals end and licences are surrendered, so we re-check this page against the register and update it when things move. If you spot a casino we’ve put in the wrong family, let us know through our contact page. You can also browse the newest casinos we’ve added.
Casino Networks FAQ
How can I find out who owns an online casino?
Scroll to the bottom of the casino’s homepage. UK-licensed casinos must show the name of the company that holds their licence and its Gambling Commission account number. You can search that name in the directory on this page, or look it up on the Gambling Commission’s public register to see every other site it runs.
What’s the difference between an operator and a white-label casino?
An operator runs its own brands, like Rank with Mecca Bingo. A white-label casino is a brand created by another business but run on an operator’s platform and licence. The operator handles the games, payments, support and compliance, which is why white-label sister sites often look almost identical.
Which casino network has the most UK sites?
Of the networks in our directory, Jumpman Gaming has the most, with almost 150 sites on its UK licence. ProgressPlay is next with more than 110, followed by Broadway Gaming with close to 100 across its two licences. Most of those are white-label brands.
Can I use the same account at sister sites?
Usually not. Even when two casinos share an owner, you normally need a separate account, and a separate identity check, for each one. Some groups let you use one login across a few of their brands, but your balance and bonuses still stay with each site.
Do sister sites have the same games and bonuses?
Often, yes. Casinos on the same network usually share a games library, payment methods and withdrawal times, and white-label sites tend to copy each other’s bonus terms too. The welcome offer itself is the part that varies most, so it’s worth comparing a few sisters before you sign up.
Are international casino networks licensed in the UK?
No. The networks in our international section hold licences from places like Curaçao, Malta and Anjouan, not from the UK Gambling Commission. Their brands don’t have to follow UK rules on bonuses, affordability checks or GAMSTOP.
