Hello Casino Sister Sites 2026
Skol Casino
With apologies to all of the excited drinkers out there, Skol Casino is not the official casino and iGaming site of the popular alcoholic beverage of the same name. Instead, it’s comfortably the weirdest of the Hello Casino sister sites, but when we call it “weird,” we do so with love. The theme at Skol Casino is decidedly zany, but it’s also very memorable. From the upside-down giraffe to the owl presiding over a judge’s courtroom perch on the homepage, the imagery at Skol Casino is clearly designed to sear itself into your memory by being deeply surreal. There might not be much here in terms of content that you won’t also find at most of the other White Hat Gaming Limited casinos, but packaging counts for a lot in the world of online casinos, and the packaging at Skol Casino is more entertaining than that of Hello Casino.

Dream Vegas
If Skol Casino is the strangest of the Hello Casino sister sites, Dream Vegas is the classiest. It might also be the overall best-looking. You won’t get any points for originality by making an online casino site with a Las Vegas theme, but you can still impress potential players by getting the theme right. Dream Vegas achieves that with aplomb. Good looks can only carry a site so far, but Dream Vegas backs up the strong first impression it makes with its graphics by offering potential new players one of the largest welcome bonuses you’ll encounter on the White Hat Gaming Limited casino platform. It’s an impressive casino site from top to bottom, so it’s no great surprise that it’s always been one of the most popular options on the operator’s platform. If you’re looking for Hello Casino sister sites, you won’t go far wrong with this one.

Grand Ivy
The purpose of these mini-profiles is to give you a sense of the range that exists across the White Hat Gaming Limited network. In starting with these three sites, we’ve rolled out the best of the range. The basic idea behind Grand Ivy Casino is that you’ve just walked into a high-prestige, five-star casino inside the confines of an equally luxurious hotel. It’s a difficult idea to realise in digital form, but this site takes a very good stab at it. Most of the Hello Casino sister sites are easy on the eye, and Grand Ivy is no exception to that rule. It can match the biggest hitters on the platform in terms of the bonuses and perks that it offers, and it’s also a match for any of them when it comes to games and other iGaming content. The “Popular Games” section is constantly updated to give you a sense of what’s hot.

SpinLand
Imagine, if you can, an entire city made of casino chips and other casino paraphernalia. Now imagine yourself standing on the outskirts of that city, staring up at its unusual skyline. It’s a surreal image – something that’s apparently becoming a pattern for the Hello Casino sister sites we’ve opted to profile here – so if you can’t picture it, just look at the screenshot below. Spinland is quite literally a land made of spins, and it’s also a place where colossal progressive jackpots can be found. The total jackpot pool available at or through the casino goes up and down as all such pools do, but you’ll rarely see it dip below the £100m mark. Spinland is another White Hat Gaming Limited casino that’s proven its worth over time, performing better than ninety per cent of other casinos on the network in terms of player numbers and reviews.

Slot Planet
What’s bigger than an entire city or “land” made of spins and slots? That’s right – a whole planet made of the same thing. That’s why we’re ending our mini-tour of the Hello Casino sister sites with Slot Planet – in terms of name and theme, it’s the biggest casino on its network. Is all as it seems, though? The welcome promotion at Slot Planet isn’t as generous as that which awaits you at some of the casinos we’ve mentioned above, so the “out of this world” feeling quickly comes crashing back down to Earth when you start making like-for-like comparisons. You’ll still find “the top slots from across the galaxy” (the casino’s words, not ours) here, though, and while the bonuses might not be as big as the sign-up promotions elsewhere, they’re still nice to have. With over two thousand slots to play at Slot Planet, you could certainly do a lot worse.

Hello Casino Review 2026
Hello Casino is one of the comparatively small number of casinos on the White Hat Gaming Limited platform that are fully owned and operated by the company instead of having a white-label partner involved. That doesn’t necessarily make the casino superior to its sister sites, but it means the operator sees some value in it – White Hat Gaming has never had qualms about shutting down casino sites if they’re not working out. It’s a fairly plain casino to look at, but we’ve found fantastic casinos wrapped in plain packaging before. Let’s see if Hello Casino is going to be another one.

Hello Casino Welcome Offers
There’s a welcome bonus we see more often than any other in the iGaming world, and it’s the same welcome bonus that awaits new sign-ups at Hello Casino – the promise of a one hundred per cent matched first deposit up to £100. In this case, the bonus is accompanied by one hundred bonus spins, attached to specific slots and awarded at a rate of twenty per day for five days after the qualifying deposit is made. The cash aspect of the bonus comes with an x35 wagering requirement. There’s so such wagering requirement attached to the free spins, but winnings from them are capped at £50.
Hello Casino Monthly Promotions
After Hello Casino extended a warm welcome to their new players, they ensured that the casino remained a welcoming environment through the loyalty scheme, which rewards players for every wager placed. Once players have racked up 1,000 loyalty points by spinning online slot games and enjoying the table games, they can cash in a £5 bonus, which comes with 35x wagering requirements. To help players get started with their loyalty points, 500 points are automatically rewarded after the first qualifying deposit. For every £10 spent on online slot games and scratch ticket games, 2 points will be rewarded. Video poker, blackjack and roulette wagers award 1, 0.5 and 0.25 points per £10, respectively.
The only other regular promotion is the sensational Sundays promotion, which allows all players to snag a 30% deposit match bonus on all deposits of £10 or more made on Sundays. The max bonus cash available each Sunday is £100, and the bonus funds are subject to 35x wagering requirements. It’s not the broadest selection of bonuses you’ll ever see, but it’s still more than you’ll find at some sites on this network.
What are the Pros and Cons of Hello Casino?
Pros: The welcome bonus is broadly fair, the selection of slots and games here is reasonable, and there’s a weekly reload bonus and loyalty scheme to keep players interested. Those are all relatively strong positives for Hello Casino.
Cons: It takes a lot of spending to accrue enough loyalty points to get a small cash reward, so the terms and conditions of that specific bonus could be better. There’s no telephone support available, and there are still fewer slots here than there are at some of the Hello Casino sister sites. It’s a decent compact casino, but no more than that.
Featured Slots and Casino Games
Hello Casino lays out its categories horizontally across the middle of its homepage, making everything nice and easy to find. It’s clear from what’s in the “top” section that slots are the casino’s bead and butter, but you’ll also find options for live casino games, table games, Slingo games and more. If you’re more into subcategories of slots like Megaways, Drops & Wins or slots that are linked to large progressive jackpots, you should also find them easily on the same menu.
Given that there are hundreds of slots here and most of the usual favourites are all available, we were surprised to see what’s been included in the “Top” section. Rather than the tried-and-trusted likes of Starburst and Book of Dead, Hello Casino is currently pushing and promoting Octo Attack, Angel vs Sinner, Evil Eyes and Gemix 1000 – all new releases at the time this review was written. Eager Beavers, Sumo Supreme, and Win-o-Mart were all in the “top” section, too, which suggests that Hello Casino simply slaps all the latest releases into this section rather than ranking slots in order of genuine popularity.
Withdrawal Options & Speed
Hello Casino doesn’t offer you a wide range of ways to withdraw money, but it ensures that you’ll get your money quickly so long as you have a viable method. Mastercard debit cards don’t appear to be welcome, but Visa debit cards should receive instant withdrawals. The same is true of Skrill and Neteller, although there’s oddly no support for PayPal. If you can’t use any other method, you can ask for a bank transfer and expect to receive your funds in a few days timer.
Hello Casino Customer Support and License
You can email support@hellocasino.com if you want to take the slow road to getting customer support, but you’d probably be better off using the casino’s live chat facility. It’s available 24/7. Like all of the Hello Casino sister sites, the casino is regulated in accordance with the terms and conditions of UK Gambling Commission licence 52894, which belongs to White Hat Gaming Limited. The licence was clean at the time this review was written. The review will be updated if that changes.
Hello Casino – The Verdict
We profiled some of the best White Hat Gaming Limited casinos at the top of this page when we were looking at the Hello Casino sister sites. Hello Casino isn’t on the same level as the top three. It doesn’t have as many slots or games and its promotions aren’t as good. That isn’t bad news for everybody, though – we know there are thousands of you who try to avoid bonuses because you hate being stuck with sticky wagering requirements, and there’s also always a time and a place for an online casino that values quality over quantity when it comes to what’s included in its portfolio. Hello Casino isn’t a world-class iGaming site, but it’s more than adequate.

What are players saying about Hello Casino?
Here are our condensed / readers digest summaries of recent player reviews of Hello Casino.
- 26-May-2024 by TJ:
Hello Casino is absolute rubbish. I deposited £10 and won £4 after playing a few hands. But then, for the 5th and 6th hands, my bets were returned and cancelled, even though I would have won. I contacted live support and was told it was a technical issue, and they’d get back to me. So, I decided to withdraw the £10 I originally deposited. I never accept bonuses because that’s how these online casinos trap you, forcing you to keep playing until you’ve wagered 100% of your deposit. After this, I lost the £4, but I decided not to deposit any more until my withdrawal came through. The next day, they emailed asking why I withdrew. I explained about the technical issue on the poker table. I then spent over 1.5 hours in chat, getting nowhere, and got disconnected twice. They told me to wait at least 48 hours for the accounts team to review my withdrawal. – source: Trustpilot - 01-Dec-2023 by Roz:
I deposited £10 and got a £10 bonus. I managed to meet the wagering requirements (35 times the stake) and won £500. When I tried to withdraw, it was stuck on ‘pending’ for three days. Then I got an email saying my winnings had been confiscated because I had placed a bet over £5. It’s so disappointing because the live chat was great, and they reassured me that the withdrawal delay was normal. White Hat Gaming operates this casino – avoid them and all their other sites. – source: Trustpilot - 07-Jul-2023 by Classy:
They’re holding onto my withdrawals for no reason, and every time, there’s a different excuse. It’s such a shame because their withdrawals used to be really fast. Customer service is awful and inconsistent – I get different answers from them every time. They’ve gone downhill. – source: Trustpilot - 26-Jan-2023 by Man:
Don’t bother playing here. I deposited money and got a bonus that doubled my deposit, but there were no free spins included. I tried playing a few games, and they were all dead. This casino is corrupt – they’ll never pay you. Find another site, but stay away from this scam. – source: Trustpilot - 26-Jan-2023 by Ethan:
I hit the maximum win on my first slot game, but then they banned my account, claiming I was abusing the gameplay. They also confiscated my winnings. Total scam. – source: Trustpilot - 17-Jun-2022 by Pablo:
This casino is a scam. I started with a £88 wager, and after winning on a bonus game, it suddenly jumped to £6,200. Customer service told me to deposit £9 to lower the wager, but it never did – it just kept going up as I won. You can’t win here. Avoid this site at all costs. – source: Trustpilot - 02-May-2022 by Jay:
This casino blocked my withdrawal for a ridiculous reason. After I lodged a formal complaint, they eventually released it. To be fair, they’ve honoured all my withdrawals since then, and they’ve been prompt, so I’ve rated them three stars instead of one. However, if a casino wants five stars, they need to block deposits, not withdrawals. Listen to the gambling community! – source: Trustpilot - 22-Dec-2021 by Eoin:
This site is a rip-off. Don’t be tempted by their so-called bonuses – they’re just a way to make sure you never turn a profit. Stay away. – source: Trustpilot - 17-Aug-2021 by Lola:
Hello Casino’s customer service is top-notch. I’ve contacted them a few times, and they’ve always helped me quickly resolve any issues. The site looks great, and they pay out winnings promptly. I’ve had a good experience so far. – source: Trustpilot - 11-May-2021 by Mark:
The site has reliable withdrawals and decent games, so I’d give them five stars for that. I was paid quickly, but they suddenly asked me for proof of ‘source of funds’ after a week and locked my account without explanation. They asked for wage slips, but I explained that I don’t take a salary as my business is overseas. I offered them my credit rating and criminal check info instead, but they still locked my account. Luckily, I didn’t have any money in there at the time, and they processed my withdrawals without issues. – source: Trustpilot
