Look at the list of options across the top of its homepage, and you’ll find that the modern version of JackpotJoy also offers slots, live casino games with real dealers, scratchcards, Slingo games, poker and, yes, a sportsbook that covers everything you’d be able to bet on with your local bookie.

Given how high-profile JackpotJoy is, you’d naturally assume it to be a world-class casino and bingo site. Having reviewed it in full, we’re surprised by how many issues exist at the site. It’s fallen a little behind the times in terms of its payment processing, and the lack of (reliable) ongoing bonuses at the site means that it can’t compete with the truly great casino sites on the UK scene. While we found that the casino works just fine, the overwhelming amount of negative customer feedback on review sites suggests that there’s an underlying problem preventing players from having a good time here. It’s clear that there’s work to do for Gamesys if JackpotJoy is to maintain its stellar reputation with the British public. Let’s hope it can turn things around.
