10th November 2025: Lottomart has posted a job ad to LinkedIn to fill their newly opened up Due Diligence Manager role, which means someone’s about to get thrown into the lion’s den of AML oversight, suspicious activity sign-offs, and ticking regulatory boxes. Based in Gibraltar, the gig involves managing a small compliance crew while keeping one eye on the UK Gambling Commission’s rulebook and the other on Gibraltar’s. The new hire will be expected to juggle team training, high-risk case management, and a steady stream of internal SAR reviews without keeling over from compliance fatigue. According to the blurb, it’s a standalone role that lives entirely outside of Player Protection. No blurred lines here, apparently.

The support page at Lottomart claims that players can contact the site using email or live chat, but the only option on the page is to email support@lottomart.com. There’s no link to live chat, and we fear it might not actually be available. This is one of many issues we have with navigation at Lottomart – the site just isn’t very well designed.

Lottomart operates under UK Gambling Commission licence 51833, awarded to Maple International Ventures Limited of Gibraltar in its capacity as the brand’s operator. In September 2025. the operator reached a settlement of £360,000 with the UK Gambling Commission after accepting the findings of a regulatory investigation that determined the company had failed to fulfil its obligations with regard to preventing money laundering and acting in a socially responsible manner. £50,000 of the settlement is a divestment of funds that the company was deemed to have earned through bad practices. The licence remains in force, and could be extended to cover any future Lottomart sister sites.

Lottomart – The Verdict

With a few adjustments, Lottomart Casino could be a lot of fun. It offers over 2500 games, and most of them come from top providers. We have no doubt at all that you’ll enjoy Lottomart if you simply use it as a lottery access portal and never venture into its other services.
