Mr Bet Sister Sites 2026

Spin City

Spin City logo

There are casino network companies based in Curacao that have close to one hundred brands under their management. Faro Entertainment N.V. isn’t among them. There’s only one other member of the Mr Bet sister sites family, and that’s Spin City. It’s a name so generic that we’re constantly surprised there aren’t another dozen online casinos using it, but it’s also a popular international casino with some nice graphical, cartoonish touches. The casino has a warm, friendly atmosphere, and that goes a long way when you’re trying to bring in new players. It’s also taken the time to acquire a licence in Curacao, which is more than can be said for a lot of Curacao-based casinos.

Spin City isn’t shy about tooting its own horn on its homepage. The reasons that it thinks you should give it a try include its portfolio of more than 1500 casino games, bonuses of up to 200% against deposits, and 24/7 customer support. The standard of issue could use a little work, as “I want to get bonus” doesn’t exactly sound natural as a call-to-action button, but perhaps we should overlook that – it’s not like players from the UK should be sniffing around the Mr Bet sister sites anyway, after all.

Mr Bet Review 2026

The target market for Mr Bet Casino is Canada. It even goes as far as referring to itself as “Mr Bet Canada” several times in the text on its homepage. The legality of online casinos like Mr Bet in Canada is questionable, but the strict geographic focus at least partially explains why the casino isn’t available in the UK. Any attempt to access Mr Bet from a UK IP address results in a geo-block, which is as clear an indication as you can get that you shouldn’t be playing here if you’re one of our UK readers, proxy or not. For our Canadian friends, let’s find out what it offers.

Mr Bet Welcome Offers

The “s” in “welcome offers” is sometimes superfluous when we’re reviewing online casinos, but it isn’t in the case of Mr Bet. This casino offers deposit matches on the first four deposits you make if you want them. The offers begin with a 150% bonus worth up to £150 on deposit one, paired with a painful x45 wagering requirement. Second deposits get a 100% match up to £300, third deposits are matched at 50% up to £500, and fourth deposits are good for a 100% match up to £550. The wagering requirement for deposits two, three, and four comes down to x40, so we don’t know what went wrong with the first one. The total amount of bonus cash available to new players is £1500, which is a tidy sum.

Ongoing Promotions

Other than the welcome promotions, the only other bonus you’ll see advertised on the homepage of Mr Bet is 5% ongoing cashback. Cashback is dished out at a rate of five per cent per week, but only to those who’ve wagered £500 or more. No action is required from players to claim the money – the process happens automatically. If you’re into tournaments, Mr Bet hosts them on a regular basis, with the contests generally taking on themes related to the time of year.

There’s a drop-down tab under the “Activities” heading on the Mr Bet homepage that ought to lead to a page about the casino’s loyalty rewards. However, you only get to find out what the loyalty rewards entail if you register an account with the casino – it gives nothing away to strangers. We couldn’t register an account on account of the geo-block, so we’re afraid we can’t tell you whether the rewards are any good or not.

What are the Pros and Cons of Mr Bet Casino?

Pros: Mr Bet is a well-put-together international casino that’s built up a reputation for being trustworthy since launching in 2017. It offers sports betting to go with its core portfolio of slots and games, and also offers ongoing cashback to those who spend enough money to benefit from the offer.

Cons: While the portfolio of slots looks big, there are several big names missing from the list of providers serving the casino, so it doesn’t have the quality that top casinos offer. Withdrawal requests automatically go into a pending queue that could last up to 48 hours, after which further delays could apply. Wagering requirements on bonuses at Mr Bet are too high.

Featured Slots and Games

In the section above, we said that the Mr Bet portfolio of slots and games lacks quality because of the absence of some key providers. Here’s the evidence of that. The top slots game when this review was written – identified as such in the middle of the Mr Bet homepage – was Hell Hot 40 by Endorphina. Dice Million by BGaming was in second place, and Tony Gambler by Belatra was in third. We have no issue with any of those slots or the providers behind them, but none of them are exactly on the level of Book of Dead or Starburst. Yggdrasil’s Pop Wins Piggy Pop was in third place, and it surprises us that a provider of Yggdrasil’s repute isn’t given more of the spotlight in a collection this thin.

Mr Bet has a selection of “special” games stamped with the Mr Bet logo, but they’re just basic mini-games like Plinko, Towers, Mines and Dice. The Rick and Morty-themed “Mr Rick” looks like it could be a lot of fun, though. Live casino games weren’t available at Mr Bet at the time of our visit despite there being a category heading for them, but the sports book was solid enough. It’s a shame (and weird) that there aren’t any sports betting bonuses, though.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

The only payment provider logos that appear anywhere on the Mr Bet website are those of Visa and Mastercard. Because there isn’t a banking page here, we briefly thought that this was a debit card-only casino. That was before we spotted mentions of Interac, Neosurf, Bitcoin and EcoPayz buried in the middle of a stack of unrelated text about halfway down the homepage. The casino should be a lot more transparent about its banking processes, and its full terms and conditions don’t fill us with hope. There’s a queue of up to 48 hours just for withdrawal requests to be processed, after which it could take several days beyond that for funds to turn up. There’s no such thing as rapid withdrawals at Mr Bet Casino.

Customer Support and License

Chat support and email support is available at Mr Bet. The email address is support@mr.bet, and while we hope that chat is provided 24/7, we can’t confirm whether it is or it isn’t on account of the casino not telling us. Mr Bet operates under the licence that Faro Entertainment N.V. holds with the Curacao Gaming Control Board under account number OGL/2024/194/0642. This is the same licence that covers all the Mr Bet sister sites.

Mr Bet Casino – The Verdict

Mr Bet could do with a new look. It was fine when it launched in 2017, but a lot has happened in the iGaming world since then, and Mr Bet’s layout is beginning to look dated. It should also look again at its porfolio. The Curacao licence is worth more than it used to be in the eyes of providers, and we’re sure the casino could get access to better quality providers if it asked nicely. It’s not a terrible casino by any means, and it seems to play by the rules, but the combination of second-tier games and slow withdrawals isn’t likely to sit well with players.

What are players saying about Mr Bet Casino?

Here are our condensed / reader’s digest summaries of recent Mr Bet reviews from real players.

  • 23-Jul-2025 by Rodrigo:
Don’t bother with this site. You’ll never get a withdrawal processed, and trying to contact anyone is a waste of time. Feels like a ghost operation – no replies, no support, no money. Just best avoided altogether. – source: Trustpilot
  • 7-Jul-2025 by Joe:
Avoid this place. They’ll happily take your deposits but won’t let you withdraw a penny. It’s just not worth the hassle or the risk. – source: Trustpilot
  • 3-Jul-2025 by Joey:
This site is an absolute scam. You never actually win anything, and if by some miracle you do, good luck trying to get your money out. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Should be shut down for good. – source: Trustpilot
  • 2-Jul-2025 by Hulek:
I’ve been trying to withdraw £255 and the casino keeps rejecting my verification documents. I’ve sent them multiple times, even though the same documents have been accepted elsewhere. It’s become a farce. I’ve asked them to close my account – I don’t want anything more to do with them. – source: Trustpilot
  • 28-Jun-2025 by Amanda:
After depositing, I ran into issues with verification. They wouldn’t accept my mobile number despite it being from a recognised provider. Then they demanded an alternative but refused to verify that either. The chat rep was evasive and refused to escalate the issue. I’ve asked for a refund but heard nothing. It all feels incredibly dodgy. I’m considering legal action and warning others to keep their distance. – source: Trustpilot
  • 21-Jun-2025 by Yuls:
I won £6,870 but have been stuck in verification hell. They rejected my proof of address because the photo didn’t show all four corners, and now I have to resubmit and wait again. It’s exhausting. I’ve lost all patience and just want what I’m owed. – source: Trustpilot
  • 11-Jun-2025 by Susan:
I initially received a payout with no trouble, but now they’ve brought in verification steps and refuse to accept anything I send. I’ve tried asking to speak to someone higher up but hit a brick wall. It’s incredibly frustrating and the support is no help at all. – source: Trustpilot
  • 23-May-2025 by Vic:
It’s been nearly two weeks of trying to verify my account so I can withdraw. They were quick enough to accept my deposit, but now suddenly nothing’s good enough. Same documents, sent over and over, no progress. Ridiculous. – source: Trustpilot
  • 12-May-2025 by Rey:
I won £3,430 and have been trying to verify my account since April. They asked for a bank statement showing a £39 payment. I sent it on 5 May and they’re still saying it’s not good enough. It’s beyond frustrating. I’ve played on the site for years but now I’m done with it. – source: Trustpilot
  • 10-May-2025 by Annie:
I tried to withdraw £1,800 after just a couple of days of playing. Since then, it’s been a month of resending documents that they keep rejecting. These same documents have been accepted elsewhere, but not here. The whole experience has ruined my enjoyment. I used to play often, even when I lost, because I liked the games—but this has put me off entirely. I’ve still got a small bit of hope since I sent new scans, but I won’t be returning unless they pay me properly. – source: Trustpilot
