Bingo.com

The Kindred Group picked up Bingo.com in 2014. 32Red is one of the UK’s most recognisable casino and iGaming brands. A lot of that is down to its long-standing partnership with the comedian Leigh Francis, better known as Keith Lemon. Francis was the face of 32Red for many years, and the loud, brash TV commercials in which he appears have introduced 32Red to millions of players before finally ending in 2024, after which the casino appears to have abandoned the idea of celebrity endorsements. It’s a one-stop-shop in terms of iGaming, offering casino games, sports betting and live poker under one roof. There’s a lot of hype around this brand, but is it deserving of it? Let’s see.

32Red Welcome Offers

32Red promises that its welcome promotion is “incREDible” (get it?), with a 150% matched first deposit up to a maximum of £150 available to all new players. There are a few caveats that come with the deal, though. The first is that it’s only available to those who make their first deposit using a debit card, so if you use PayPal, you’ll get nothing. The second is that the bonus can only be used on casino games, so there’s nothing on the table if you’re playing poker or betting on sports. Finally, the entire value of the bonus must be wagered x50. Given that the average wagering requirement across the UK iGaming scene is x35, we have to say that’s pretty high. It’s a sticky bonus.

Ongoing Promotions

The biggest of the ongoing promotions at the casino is the “Red Ruby Rewards” scheme, which is a loyalty bonus system by any other name. To put it simply, players are awarded “Red Rubies” every time they make a deposit or play a casino game, and they can claim £10 in bonus cash for every 1000 rubies they collect. The x30 wagering requirement on these bonuses is actually better than it is with the sign-up offer. You’ll have to act quickly, though – the rubies expire after ninety days of inactivity if they haven’t already been turned into cash. We understand that different games at the casino yield different ruby rewards, but nowhere does the casino explain how much spending is required to unlock 1000 rubies. Because of that, we’re unable to say whether the promotion is good value for money or not.

It might be possible to get better value out of the alternative “Red Rewards” bonus scheme than the ruby-based method. While details are thin on the ground, the website suggests that a different bonus is made available for every player every day they log into the casino, and all they need to do in order to collect it is make a deposit. Given that they’re daily bonuses we can’t imagine that they offer huge value, but at least the terms might be easier to understand than those of the ruby rewards system.

What are the Pros and Cons of 32Red Casino?

Pros: 32Red Casino offers instant withdrawals if you’ve got a PayPal account. It comes with more than one thousand games, and ticks a lot of boxes by including poker and sports betting in its portfolio. Customer service is another strength, with players able to get assistance via three different methods. On reputation alone, it’s a huge deal of an iGaming brand.

Cons: We’re not clear on the finer points of the Ruby Rewards bonus scheme. A brand of such size should do a better job of laying out the full terms of its bonuses. While the general bonus terms are OK, the x50 wagering requirement on the welcome promotion feels excessive. The lack of sports betting or poker bonuses is a bit of a head-scratcher, too.

We literally just said that 32Red offers poker and sports betting as well as casino games, so we won’t go into detail about that again. Suffice to say, though, that 32Red Sport is a well-respected sportsbook, and can go toe-to-toe with any of the bigger-name brands even if it doesn’t have the same kind of promotional clout. Similarly, although 32Red Poker isn’t as big a name on the poker scene as PokerStars or Party Poker, it’s popular with plenty of players, and its tables are always busy.

If you’re looking for slots or live dealer games, you’ll find more than one thousand of them at this casino. The best and most popular of them are highlighted on the homepage beneath the image of the casino’s host. We don’t know who he is, but he’s no Keith Lemon. The top featured slots game at the time of our visit to the casino was Immortal Romance II, which 32Red claimed as an “exclusive” even though we’ve seen it at plenty of other sites. Players have waited a long time for the vampire-themed sequel, so we’re unsurprised by its popularity. Other eye-catching names on the casino’s homepage include Gold Blitz Extreme, Dark Waters: Power Combo and More Unusual Suspects, which sadly has nothing to do with the film of almost the same name.

Withdrawal Processing and Support

There are three ways to get money out of 32Red; debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. If you want to get your hands on your money quickly, PayPal is the way to do it. The minimum withdrawal is a mere £10, and withdrawals are (allegedly) instant. If you’d rather stick to your trusted debit card, you’re looking at three to five working days, and the same £10 minimum. Finally, bank transfers are available, and are subject to the same turnaround time as debit card withdrawals. While the minimum withdrawal for bank transfers isn’t explicitly stated, we see no reason why it wouldn’t be consistent with the other methods. The only strange thing is that we know 32Red used to accept more e-wallets than this. We don’t know why support has been withdrawn for the others.

Customer Support and License

When it comes to customer support, 32Red maintains very high standards. Live chat is available 24-7, and telephone support is available between 8am and 10pm in the UK on the freephone number 0800 180 3232. If that doesn’t work for you, you could always choose to leave a message via the contact form on the website. The casino’s UK Gambling Commission licence is no. 39430 and is held by 32Red Limited. The licence isn’t clean after two large regulatory fines in less than five years, as per the information in the Trust Score table further up this page, but it remains in force and covers all of the 32Red sister sites.

Is it Worth Playing at 32Red Casino?

32Red doesn’t need a positive review from us to help it along – it’s already massive, and will continue to be massive. We think there’s quite a lot to like about the site, from its strong customer support to its comprehensive collection of slots, games and betting categories. The casino’s name is splashed across the shirts of Glasgow Rangers FC, who’ve been crowned the Scottish champions an incredible 54 times, most recently in 2021 under the management of Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard. The connection between the club and the casino brand is long-lasting and expected to extend beyond the end of the current football season.

Rangers isn’t the only well-known football team to be sponsored by 32Red. Derby County and Middlesbrough – both of which are teams that play in the English Championship – wear the 32Red logo on their shirts as well. When football legend Wayne Rooney returned from the Major League Soccer in the USA to join Derby County shortly after Derby and 32Red signed a new sponsorship agreement, he wore the number 32 on his back. Both sides denied the suggestion that Rooney’s number was connected to the sponsorship deal, but the press made the connection anyway.

Other well-known football clubs to have been sponsored by 32Red in the past include Aston Villa, Swansea City, and Preston North End.

32Red has had an almost-constant presence on British television during commercial breaks for more than ten years. The company took things to the next level in March 2021 when TV personality Keith Lemon appeared in his first televised commercial campaign for the brand.
