The SisterSite.com Mission
Our mission is simple - to be the best reference point for online casinos and iGaming sites on the internet. Most other sites that provide this service give you little more than lists of casinos, often influenced by sponsorship. We organise the whole industry by ownership. Through us, you can find out who really owns the casinos you’re playing at, and which other sites they own.
Why we do this
When you fall out of love with the casino you’re playing at, your next step is to find a like-for-like replacement with new bonuses and similar terms. In short, you want the same games and same banking terms, but with a different name and a fresh start. This information ought to be easy to find, but it’s often buried in licence registers and corporate filings where regular players will never look. We know that frustration, so we’ve done the digging. Because we’ve already done it, we can save you the same frustration.
Who’s behind SisterSite.com?
Matt Caplin
Editor-in-Chief
I’m glad you asked. I’m Matt Caplin, and I’m the editor-in-chief at SisterSite.com. I’ve been in and around the UK iGaming industry for more than a decade, and I hold a Professional Certificate in Casino and Gaming Management. I could have used that qualification to run online casinos myself, but instead I’ve used it as a foundation of knowledge on how casinos should be run. I’ve tested cashiers and chased withdrawals down, so I know every trick and every term that the worst offenders in the industry hide behind. I also know great service when I see it.
I also read register entries for new and existing casino companies, follow operator structures through listings in places like Companies House, and playtest the sites I talk about. To put it simply, I do the things that the people behind other casino directory websites can’t or won’t do. What’s boring about the industry to most people is fascinating to me. My purpose here is to allow you to benefit from that fascination. I might not be exciting, but I’m thorough!
How we review
I and my fellow reviewers follow the same process every time. We visit every casino live, and we test the bonus terms against the terms and conditions. By that, I mean the actual terms and conditions, not the promotional figures on the homepage adverts. We’ve caught banners both over and under-selling the quality of the real bonuses they promote, which is why the fine print matters so much. We’ve read it. We also verify every licence claim directly with the regulator. Not every casino that claims to hold a licence is telling the truth, and we’ll tell you that straight-up on a casino-by-casino basis. We test the customer support ourselves, and we also track real player feedback.
On our UK casino review pages, you’ll find a SisterSite.com ‘Trust Score.’ That’s exclusive to our site. We take the things that matter most at a casino - the bonuses, the licence, the game count, the quality of customer support, and the banking process - and turn that into a simple, easy-to-understand star rating. If we’ve given a casino five stars, it’s because it deserves it. The same goes for one-star ratings. Thus far, we’re at 3200+ casinos indexed and 100+ operators constantly monitored, with daily updates.

How do we make money?
Some of the links on our pages might earn us a commission. These commissions do not and will never buy a score, a ranking, or even a positive review. We make money through affiliate links, but we’re truly independent. In fact, around a third of our casino reviews conclude by telling readers not to play at the casino. That’s why you know you can trust us when we recommend one.
Our policy on safety
SisterSite.com is, first and foremost, a site for players in Britain. That means we prioritise UKGC-licensed casinos. We do also cover offshore casinos for the benefit of our smaller number of readers outside the UK, but when we do, we present them for information only. Our offshore reviews aren’t endorsements, we never recommend offshore casinos to UK readers, and players in the UK absolutely shouldn’t see them as a route around GamStop or best safe gambling practices. If you’re in the UK and tempted by an offshore casino, consider speaking to GamCare and registering with GamStop if you haven’t already done so.
Corrections and general contact
We strive to get everything right, but this site is written and maintained by regular, fallible human beings. We might make the occasional mistake. Also, this is an industry that churns and changes daily. If you see something that’s wrong - a casino that’s closed, a bonus that’s changed, or a factual error - get in touch with us and we’ll look into it. You’ll find our details on the Contact Us page.
