36Vegas

It’s reassuring to see that even as competition grows stiffer and regulation becomes tighter in the UK gambling scene, there are still new companies and new casinos entering the marketplace. 36Vegas is one such brand, launching as the debut casino from 36Gaming Limited in September 2025. It’s an iGaming site that tries to do a bit of everything, leading with sports betting but also offering a heady mix of top casino and live dealer games. It has to be said that the casino’s branding could use a little work – it’s a little clunky in the way it’s presented – but it looks like there’s plenty of great content here. Is there enough here for this newcomer to flourish? Let’s run the rule over it.

36Vegas Casino Welcome Bonuses

There isn’t much in it, but sports betting is treated as being of slightly more importance than slots and casino games at 36Vegas. As such, the sports betting welcome bonus is the one you’ll see first on the casino’s Promotions page. These days, it’s built around acca insurance rather than straightforward free bets. Deposit at least £5 with the code 36VACCAINS, then place an accumulator of five or more legs at total odds of 2/1 or more, with each leg priced at 1/2 or longer. If exactly one leg lets you down, your whole stake is refunded as a free bet, capped at £136, which you then have seven days to use on an acca of three or more legs at total odds between 2/1 and 20/1.

Those who want a bonus for the casino rather than the sportsbook can make a first deposit of £36 or more with the code 36VCASINOWELC and wager £36 on slots to collect 136 free spins on Floating Dragon – Dragon Boat Festival, Magic Money Maze and Crown of Fire. Winnings from the spins only need to be wagered twice, there’s no maximum win, and the spins stay valid for seven days. You can only claim one of the two welcome offers, so it’s worth deciding whether you’re mainly here for the sport or the slots before you make your first deposit.

Other Promotions

We first reviewed 36Vegas Casino on the day it launched. We appreciate that we didn’t give it much time to get its feet under the table before turning up to assess it, and that’s why we didn’t judge it too harshly for not having any other promotions beyond the welcome bonuses. At the time, we said we hoped to see more on the table when we came back to give it a fresh review in the future.

We’re back, and there is. From Monday to Thursday, the Weekday Sports Club gives you a £10 free bet when you stake £100 on qualifying bets, and the Weekday Slots Club pays out 36 free spins on The Goonies Cash Inferno when you wager £100 on slots. There are Breakfast Clubs worth £5 a day for sports and casino players every weekday, too.

On the sportsbook, you’ll find an Acca Boost of up to 100%, Acca Insurance worth up to £10, a £10 free bet when you stake £50 on two bet builders, early payouts when your team goes two goals ahead, and Best Odds Guaranteed on all UK and Irish horse racing from 8am. Casino players can join network promotions such as Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins, along with regular slot tournaments from studios like ELK.

What are the Pros and Cons of 36Vegas Casino?

Top Slots and Games

36Vegas actually leads with sports betting rather than slots, so we should start with a word about that before we get into the games. The first option you’ll see highlighted on the casino’s homepage is for horse racing, so it’s aiming for the more traditional end of the bookie’s market. Beyond that, the order of priority on the sportsbook is driven by what’s popular at the time of our visit. When we visited, there were apparently more people placing wagers on golf and American football than UEFA Europa League fixtures, which came as a surprise. Formula 1, greyhound racing, cricket, and then tennis were next in sequence.

Now it’s time for the slots, of which the casino has a quality selection, but you could argue that it doesn’t do the best job of making that clear on its homepage. The Popular row at the top of the slots lobby has improved since launch, though, and it’s now led by Gates of Olympus 2500, Starburst, The Goonies Cash Inferno, Big Bass Splash, Eye of Horus The Golden Tablet Gold Spins and Fishin’ Frenzy Lure ’Em In. If you pop open the full slots selection from the top menu, you’ll soon see favourites like Sugar Rush 1000, Big Bass Splash, Tiki Time, Chicken Drop, and Hot Hot Honey. Crash games like Aviator also appear high in the rankings, and the live casino has added Evolution’s First Person tables, along with a section for 99 Royale multiplayer slot battles.

Withdrawal Processing and Support

It’s become such a given that new casinos will offer support for e-wallets and other alternative solutions like Trustly these days that it’s a surprise when we see a new brand launch without those options, so 36Vegas has surprised us. The only way to get money out of this site is to ask for it to be paid back to your debit card or sent via bank transfer, and you’ll be waiting somewhere between one and five banking days. That could be made quicker, and there should definitely be more choice for customers.

Customer Support and Licensing

Not many UK-facing casinos offer telephone-based customer support these days, but 36Vegas does. If you want to speak to someone over the phone, call 01902 956200 between 9am and 5pm. If you can’t or don’t want to use the phone, live chat support is also available, or you could send an email to support@36vegas.co.uk. The casino is covered by the UK Gambling Commission licence that 36Gaming Limited holds under account number 66806. In theory, the licence can be extended to cover any 36Vegas sister sites that appear in the future.

36Vegas Casino – The Verdict

This is a perfectly functional and competently made casino and betting site. It has all the right betting features in its sportsbook, and all the right games in its portfolio. What it doesn’t have is a unique selling point or anything that comes close to giving the site the wow factor. The design is drab, and there’s nothing here that we haven’t seen dozens of times before. To its credit, it has since built one of the busier promotions calendars we’ve seen recently from a newcomer, but its early Trustpilot reviews suggest it still has work to do on keeping customers happy. For 36Vegas to succeed, it’s going to need to persuade players to leave their usual casinos and betting sites behind to give this one a try instead, and it’s hard to see that happening unless it ups its game.
