We can’t shake the feeling that there’s something familiar about Dice Palace. On paper, it’s a standalone brand. Payout Partners, the affiliate network behind Dice Palace, doesn’t list any other brands on its website, and there’s no other ownership or network information listed anywhere on the casino’s website. We think it might have been made using the same software template as other international casinos like Fat Pirate and WestAce, which are certainly similar, but the connection isn’t quite strong enough for us to say that they’re Dice Palace sister sites. Most of you should be able to see the size and shape of the Dice Palace welcome promotion on the screenshot above – it’s a package with a quoted value of £8500 and 300 free spins. Packages always break down into pieces, and the first piece of this one is a 100% matched first deposit up to £2125, which comes with 100 free spins. Second deposits are matched at 100% up to £2125 again, but come with 50 spins. Third deposits get a 50% match up to £2125 and 100 spins, and fourth deposits get 50% up to £2125 and 50 spins. We said a moment ago in the Pros and Cons section of this review that Dice Palace has a comparatively weak selection of slots and games, which can at least partially be attributed to the casino being unlicensed. Most top studios aren’t willing to work with unlicensed iGaming sites. The list of providers on the Dice Palace homepage has us a little confused, though, because alongside second-string studios like BGaming, Amusnet and Booongo, we found Playson and Hacksaw Gaming. We also found Le Prechaun, which is one of the newer Hacksaw Gaming slots, and Playson classics like 3 Royal Coins, Lion Gems: Hold and Win, and Energy Joker. How did these slots get here? Do Hacksaw and Playson know they’re there? They’re risking their UK licences if so – the UKGC has been very clear about that.

We’ll stand by what we said about the portfolio being weak overall, because there’s still nothing here from NetEnt, Play’n Go, Eyecon, Pragmatic Play and so on. Dice Palace – The Verdict

Dice Palace is better than most unlicensed online casinos, which might sound like damning it with faint praise, but that’s the most praise we can ever really give a casino that’s operating without any regulatory oversight. The presence of Playson and Hacksaw Gaming means that the game selection is better than most you’ll find in this dark corner of the industry, and the bonuses are OK so long as you can trust the casino to deliver on them, but that whole question of trust is a big one when there’s no regulator around to make sure the casino behaves. The risks are simply too high, and we can’t recommend it.
