Luna Casino

Luna Casino

There are plenty of online casinos that take their inspiration from the sun, but far fewer that take it from the moon. That alone makes Luna Casino more interesting than most of the other PlayMillion sister sites from a thematic point of view, and might partially explain why it’s more popular than most of them, too. In practice, though, you’re not going to find much here that you won’t also find at any of the other Skill on Net Limited casinos. The portfolio of games is identical, and the bonuses, if anything, are smaller. It’s a very efficient casino in terms of execution, though, with everything made easy to find and a tight focus on the biggest and best slots of the moment. Throw in the fact that the decor is both tasteful and easy on the eye, and you have a nice little casino that performs well without being outstanding.

AHTI Games

Ahti Games logo 1

AHTI Games is generally thought of as one of the best PlayMillion sister sites and one of the highlights of the Skill On Net Limited network of casino sites overall. The site, which has a curious theme based on the Finnish god of water, has been around since 2018 and began attracting attention from players almost from the moment it went live. As an all-rounder casino, AHTI Games offers not only slots but a collection of live casino games with real dealers, plus table games. Providers that supply the casino include Global Games (the former Microgaming), NetEnt, Play’n Go, NextGen and WMS, plus Evolution Gaming providing the live dealer entertainment. The total number of casino games available at AHTI Games is in excess of 1200, which ought to be more than enough to keep players entertained for a while.

Slots Magic

Slots Magic logo

Slots Magic is one of the longest-tenured PlayMillion sister sites, having welcomed its first players in 2014. You could even trace its history back further than that if you wanted to – Slots Magic is a rebranded version of an even older casino called Jackpot Party. You’ll notice some similarities in the layout of Slots Magic and the layout of several other casinos on the Skill On Net Limited platform, which is a reflection of the fact that the casino network company often employs a template design when it’s putting new casinos together. Slots Magic’s theme seems a little confused – while the name and the logo suggest a magical theme, the text of the casino’s homepage suggests an outer space one – but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s still a casino site packed with over one thousand online slots, live casino games, and attractive promotions.

RedKings

casino redkings logo

RedKings, also known by the more formal name of Casino RedKings, is a site that takes us back almost to the dawn of Skill On Net Limited itself. There’s been a casino at the redkings.com URL since 2006, although it hasn’t always looked like it does today. Like most of the PlayMillion sister sites (with the odd exception of PlayMillion itself), RedKings has been through a few redesigns and facelifts in the past before ending up with its current look. The idea behind RedKings is that it offers Vegas-style table-based casino gaming with roulette and poker given the bulk of the available space on the homepage. There’s still a fine collection of online slots to play with if you’d rather stay away from the live dealers, plus all the other perks you’ll have come to expect from casinos on this network.

EU Casino

Eu Casino logo

To say that EU Casino has seen the world change around it since it was launched in 2009 would be something of an understatement. There was nothing controversial about the name “EU Casino” back then, but these days it’s just about the most controversial member of the PlayMillion sister sites family. It’s safe to say that it’s become deeply unpopular with about 52% of the British population since 2016, whereas the remaining 48% of the population has never been more passionately in support of it. Aside from its name, EU Casino is a fairly anonymous site that was clearly put together with the same template as RedKings as part of its most recent redesign. Because of that, live casino games get higher billing at the site than slots do. Still, there are more than two thousand casino games to play with when you tally up all the slots, plus a VIP Club for loyal players. Joining the EU Casino VIP club does not constitute rejoining the European Union.

Vegas Winner

Vegas Winner logo

Vegas Winner isn’t a great casino to visit if you spook easily. The moment the homepage of the casino loads, you’ll find yourself staring at two enormous cartoon jesters with huge grins and fiery eyes, like something out of a horror movie. The purpose of a casino site’s homepage is to grab the attention of visitors, so Vegas Winner certainly has that point covered. This is another long-standing member of the PlayMillion sister sites family and has been around since 2009. New players can claim £100 plus 100 free spins as a matched deposit welcome bonus so long as they’re willing to deal with the associated wagering requirements, which aren’t clearly stated on the homepage. The casino further promises daily bonuses, huge jackpots and fast payments. The only thing missing is any visible connection to Las Vegas. Aside from the use of the name, there’s no hint of a Vegas theme at this casino at all. It’s a strange design choice.

PlayMillion Review 2026

PlayMillion is a casino that seems to exist in spite of itself. It built up a loyal following of players many years ago, and it’s managed to stay open largely because most of those followers have stuck with it through thick and thin, with an emphasis on “thin” in more recent years. The offering that PlayMillion makes to new players just doesn’t seem competitive in the modern age, but is it possible we’re missing the point of this casino entirely? Let’s find out by reviewing it.

PlayMillion sister sites homepage

PlayMillion Casino Welcome Promotions

PlayMillion didn’t push the boat out far from the dock with their new player welcome offer. While there is a 100% bonus match deposit, the maximum deposit match available is a rather low sum of £20. To unlock this slightly stingy welcome offer, new players from the UK must deposit a minimum of £10, and mustn’t have claimed another new player welcome offer from any other Skill on Net Ltd casino in the last 72 hours. The bonus cash comes with 60x wagering requirements, which can only be cleared by select online slot games, and the wagering requirements must be cleared within 30 days of the funds being issued. The maximum bet is 10% of the bonus amount, and the minimum is a 10p stake. The bonus must be claimed before any of the deposited funds are staked.

It’s well worth pointing out that with wagering of x60, you’d need to wager £1200 just to get your £20 back out of the casino as cash, which simply isn’t worth it. It wouldn’t be an attractive bonus even without the ridiculously high wagering requirement attached to it, and it hasn’t escaped our attention that wagering requirements of this kind will become illegal at the end of 2025 because of new rules handed down by the UK Gambling Commission. PlayMillion would do well to get ahead of the changes and rethink this paltry offer. We can’t imagine it’s tempted anybody new through the doors in years.

Ongoing Promotions

After a very disappointing new player welcome offer, things thankfully get infinitely better for regular players at PlayMillion. Rather than leaving you waiting all week for the best time to make a deposit, PlayMillion has a new offer for regular players every day of the week. The Daily Picks are a rotating smorgasbord of deposit match bonuses, freerolls, free spins, and other special bonus offers. To claim these offers, all registered members have to do is log into their account and see which offer is awaiting them!

In addition to the Daily Picks promotions, loyalty really does pay at PlayMillion, which boasts a 6-tier loyalty system. The levels in the United Kingdom Millionaire’s Club include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Red Diamond. As players reach each of them, they will benefit from better rates of cashback, and with the higher levels, there is exclusive access to VIP events – and we’re not just talking events that happen at the casino here, PlayMillion spoil their most loyal players with everything from flights to exotic destinations to tickets to see your favourite artists! To sweeten the deal, even more, members of the Millionaire Club will also benefit from improved deposit match bonuses and free spin promotions, and a personal account manager will always be on hand to answer queries and ensure that you’re receiving nothing less than a 5-star service.

What are the Pros and Cons of PlayMillion Casino?

Pros: PlayMillion offers a loyalty reward scheme of the kind that’s rapidly becoming an endangered species at UK-facing casinos. It also comes with well over a thousand slots and games, which isn’t something you’d necessarily guess from looking at its homepage. Withdrawals are processed on the same day they’re asked for.

Cons: Everything about the casino has fallen badly behind the times. The design is practically archaic, and the welcome promotion is so bad that it’s almost a disincentive to join the casino. There’s no live customer support available, and some of the older links on the website appear to be broken.

Featured Slots and Casino Games

PlayMillion Casino might look like it’s been left in the hands of a disinterested Jack Russell, but behind the rough-around-the-edges exterior, there’s actually a surprisingly strong games library. In fact, for a site with such a scruffy appearance, the portfolio is genuinely impressive. It’s got the familiar favourites – Book of Dead, Big Bass Splash, Gates of Olympus 1000 – but then it keeps going, stacking up with quirkier titles like Power Paws, Redbeards Rum Runners DoubleMax, and The Racaroon, all of which give the place a bit of personality beyond the usual.

There’s a solid mix of both slots and table games, with video poker players especially well catered for. You’ll find everything from Aces & Faces 3 Hands to Deuces Wild and First Person Video Poker, alongside multiple flavours of roulette, blackjack, and poker. Live dealer options are broad too, including Crazy Time, Adventures Beyond Wonderland, Lightning Dragon Tiger, and even Roulette Live from MGM Grand, which is a nice touch. In short, the site’s visuals may leave an enormous amount to be desired, but the range and depth of the content is much meatier than you’d expect at first glance.

Withdrawal Speed and Options

You don’t have as many options for withdrawals from PlayMillion Casino as you do at some of the other Skill on Net Limited casinos. Debit cards are accepted, but beyond that all you have is PayPal, Apple Pay, and the option to ask for a bank transfer. We have better news on the speed front, though – the casino’s terms and conditions state that all withdrawals are processed within a matter of hours so long as no further verification is required at the point of withdrawal.

Customer Support and License

The only contact option we could find for PlayMillion is the email address support@playmillion.co.uk. The support page talks about a live chat option, but we couldn’t find any way to access it. PlayMillion is subject to the UK Gambling Commission that its operator, Skill On Net Limited, holds under account number 39326. This is the same licence that covers all of the PlayMillion sister sites, but we’re sad to report that it isn’t a clean one. In May 2023, the operator agreed to pay a settlement of £305,150 and divest itself of a further £150,650 after accepting that it had broken licence conditions designed to protect customers from gambling-related harm and prevent money laundering.

PlayMillion Casino – The Verdict

If we can say one thing that’s positive about PlayMillion Casino, it’s that there’s more to it than meets the eye. The downside of that statement is that almost nothing meets the eye when you first land on the casino’s homepage, such is the sorry state that it’s in. The whole PlayMillion website has been in dire need of renovation for at least five years now, and the welcome bonus needs to be thrown out the window and replaced with something interesting and competitive. The good news is that change will be forced on the casino by new regulations on that front, so perhaps that will be the opportunity for the casino’s long-lost design team to come back and show this ailing old site some much-needed love.

What are players saying about Playmillion?

Here are our condensed/reader’s digest summaries of recent PlayMillion reviews from real players.

  • 19-Apr-2025 by Nat: This has turned out to be a pretty good little casino. There’s a decent range of games and the withdrawals are usually quick. I’ve got one that’s been pending a bit longer than usual, but I’m hoping it’ll come through soon. I always get nervous about trying new sites, but this one’s actually been alright. Once that withdrawal lands, I’ll happily bump this to five stars. – source: Trustpilot
  • 24-Dec-2023 by Charlotte: I’d steer clear if I were you. I deposited money and then straight away had to go through ID checks, which I did and they confirmed. But even after all that, I still couldn’t access my deposit to play. The restrictions are supposed to be lifted but there’s no one on live chat, and I’ve had no reply to the three emails I sent days ago. It’s been completely silent ever since. – source: Trustpilot
  • 20-May-2023 by Francis: This has been a great experience for me. Henrique from support got back to me quickly and was really helpful. The games are good, the casino’s easy to use, and I’ve enjoyed every bit of it so far. – source: Trustpilot
  • 25-Apr-2023 by Julie: I joined the site, sent in my ID, and got an email confirming it had been accepted back in March. Since then, I haven’t been able to make a withdrawal. Depositing money, of course, is no problem at all. I’ve emailed support and tried using the live chat several times, but no one’s responded to anything. Customer service has been non-existent. – source: Trustpilot
  • 03-Feb-2023 by Selena: I ran into an issue trying to withdraw to my debit card, but customer support were really helpful and sorted it quickly. Ended up receiving the money through a bank transfer about 12 hours later, so I can’t fault them on that. – source: Trustpilot
  • 12-Jan-2023 by Victoria: Awful experience. I had £40 in my account, then won £200 and went to withdraw it. Got a message saying I didn’t have enough funds, and when I went back to the homepage, my balance had been wiped out completely. I’ve sent several emails and not had a single reply. They’re quick to take your money but won’t pay out when you win. Feels like a total scam to me. – source: Trustpilot
  • 06-Jan-2023 by Linda: I deposited nearly £575 and managed to win £2,000, but it’s been a nightmare trying to get the money out. I won on 28th December, and after sending all my documents, I’m still waiting for my withdrawal. The live chat takes ages, and when they finally respond, it’s just the same scripted replies. I’ve now had contact with the customer service manager, who was more helpful, and I’ve been told my withdrawal is finally on its way via wire transfer. I’ll adjust my review if the money shows up, but right now it’s been a frustrating experience. I really wanted to give them a fair chance, but all the negative reviews seem accurate. Be very cautious. – source: Trustpilot
  • 20-May-2023 by Francis: Henrique from support was great and got back to me really fast. I’m enjoying the games and the overall feel of the casino. It’s been a good place to play so far and I’ve got no complaints. – source: Trustpilot
  • 30-Apr-2022 by Mindaugas: Avoid this one if you’re a big player. I made some decent wins after depositing a large amount, but then the withdrawals started getting delayed. They asked me to keep redoing the verification process and held things up for over a week. They also limit withdrawals to £5,000 at a time and no more than £10,000 a month. I eventually got my money, but I’ve closed my account. It just isn’t worth the hassle. – source: Trustpilot
  • 01-Oct-2020 by Ryley: I’ve had a really good time on this site. Abby and the team have been fantastic, always treating me with respect and offering great service. The bonuses, gifts, and prizes they’ve got on offer are a nice extra too. Definitely one of my favourite places to play online. – source: Trustpilot

About PlayMillion and Skill on Net Ltd

PlayMillion online casino was established around 2011 and is a part of Skill on Net Ltd. Some of the other online casinos that can be found in the Skill on Net group include Play OJO, Slots Magic, and Mega Casino. The Play Million online casino holds a license from the Malta Gaming Authority and aims to become the “largest provider in the online gaming sector”. A special feature of Play Million is their VIP Lounge, where players can be on different levels ranging from bronze to red diamond. The higher the level, the higher the benefits and better rewards, so this is a good incentive for players to choose to join this casino over many others. All new players start on the bronze level and can work their way up the ranking table each month by wagering on different games. The red diamond rewards are far superior to the bronze benefits, so this is enticing for new players and will persuade you to spend more time on this site.

Skill on Net Ltd was founded in 2005 and provides unique software to online casino sites and have a large roster of sites they have created and built. As well as Play Million, there are over 30 different Skill on Net casino sites, some of which are catered to specific audiences around the world, such as Lucky Niki, which is catered towards a Japanese audience and AHTI Games, which is more catered towards Finnish players. This is a unique and original selling point for Skill on Net’s business, as not many gaming providers design different sites for different global audiences, and if they do, it often goes unnoticed. Skill on Net has been recognised for its efforts, though, and has been nominated for many awards, including “Best White Label Partner” EGR award (2018 – 2020), “Slots Platform of the Year 2019” at the Malta Gaming Awards, as well as SBC’s “Casino Operator of the Year”.

PlayMillion Advertising and YouTube Videos

PlayMillion actually has a YouTube channel on which you can find their very own casino trailer that was uploaded in November 2015. The advert does not have many views (around 2k), but it is over a minute long and showcases many of the site’s best games. The video has some cartoon characters like Robin Hood and Jack and the Beanstalk adventuring around, with snippets of related games in between animated shots. The trailer shows some of their relevant games like ‘Robin Hood – Shifting Riches’ and ‘Demolition Squad’, as well as the more popular and well-known games like ‘Starburst’. The video is not a TV ad and is instead made for YouTube purposes, but still contains some similarities that an advert would have, apart from maybe the screen-captured gameplay. It also has no voiceover, speech, or text and instead just has an instrumental beat over the top of the video. The video, however, is quite outdated, with it being over six years old, so maybe a newer, fresher video would be more appropriate and may even draw in new players and customers.

In fact, the latest and newest video on the Play Million YouTube channel was uploaded several years ago in January 2016, titled “Win a Fortune Playing Mega Fortune Slot!”. This video only serves to showcase their ‘Mega Fortune’ slot game and does not have many views. The most popular video on the channel is titled “Huge Win Playing Starburst Slot!”, which has over 4k views and was uploaded at the end of 2015. These types of videos do not really do a good job of advertising the casino site and instead just show viewers how the game works. They are not very creative and do not welcome many new players to the site, and are also quite easily forgettable. An advert with more personality might help boost the customer base of Play Million, and with an already existing YouTube channel, this would definitely be beneficial.

More about PlayMillion and its Social Media Platforms

The home screen of Play Million is pretty appealing at first, with many eye-catching and unique features. On the right-hand side, you can see all of the winners and their prize money, which is very endearing for people hoping to win big. The image at the top of the page rotates between different things, such as slot machines, a roulette ring, or playing cards, which gives you a real casino feel and is relevant to the site since the name is ‘Play’ Million. As you scroll down, you can see a grid of many of the most popular games, which makes it easy to dive right in and start playing. There is also a ‘daily picks’ button, which would be very useful, but it does not seem to work, as it does not take you anywhere when clicking it (perhaps just a small error). Also, some of the site design when you leave the home page looks quite poor and outdated, with less appealing text and layout, which could put people off and is not very attractive looking.

On social media, PlayMillion does exist on all Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter platforms but is currently inactive across all pages. The Twitter account has been out of action for the longest, with its last post dating back to 2015, then it disappeared from Facebook in April 2018 and made its final Instagram post in May 2018. This is pretty unfortunate since their Facebook page has over 20k likes, and their posts received a decent amount of interaction. On Facebook, they would have been advertising themselves to many players with their latest promotions and games, but the lack of posting across the last three years will have likely lost them a lot of loyal players. Maybe one day, the 20 thousand people on the Play Million Facebook page will be graced with a new post, and their social media presence will be reignited again.
