Betmaster Sister Sites 2026

The Betmaster brand has been available on the international market for many years. Originally based at Betmaster.io, it can currently be found at Betmaster.bet, where it holds a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence and is operated by a company called BMbit N.V., which operates a few other casino and betting brands. If you’re reading this from somewhere outside the UK, the Betmaster sister sites include Casinoin, Bongo.gg, and Axwin Casino. For UK-based readers, though, we’re afraid there aren’t any Betmaster sister sites yet. The UK version of the brand is owned and operated by BM Solutions GB Ltd, which, despite its name, is based in Malta. If the operator adds any more brands in the future, we’ll be the first to tell you. Until then, here’s a full review of the UK version of Betmaster.

Betmaster Casino Review 2026

The Betmaster brand took a while to arrive in the United Kingdom. There are distinct versions of this brand for the Netherlands, Ireland, Mexico, and other locations around the world, but the UK version didn’t land until 2025. What took the people behind Betmaster so long to have a crack at the UK market? We’re not really sure, but the more important question to answer is whether or not, from the point of view of UK gamblers, it’s been worth the wait. We’ll be able to answer that question by the end of this review.

Betmaster Welcome Bonuses

Betmaster sees itself as a sports betting brand first and foremost, but there’s no sports welcome bonus to deal with at the moment. That’s unusual enough for any betting site, but it’s especially strange here because Betmaster used to have a matched-deposit offer ready to greet new customers. The bonus has now disappeared from the UK account area altogether, leaving new sports bettors with no extra incentive to choose this site over the many better-known alternatives competing for their attention.

Betmaster Casino is the second biggest attraction at the site, but there’s no casino welcome promotion either. New players won’t receive a matched bonus, free spins, or anything else for making a first deposit. Casino offers often disappear and return in a different form, but going from several advertised incentives to none at all is a dramatic change. It makes Betmaster a much harder sell, particularly when so many rival casinos still offer something to encourage players through the door.

Other Promotions

Things don’t improve when we move beyond the welcome stage. Betmaster’s UK bonus area currently shows no active promotions for existing sports bettors, either. That means there’s no weekly reload offer, free bet, odds boost, or other recurring reward waiting to give regular customers a reason to return. It’s rare to see a betting site strip its promotional schedule back this far, and we can’t see how it helps Betmaster compete in such a crowded market.

Casino players are in the same position. The weekly Game of the Month spins and other deposit-linked rewards that used to appear here have vanished, with nothing in their place. Promotions aren’t everything, and a bad bonus can sometimes be worse than no bonus at all, but offering absolutely nothing makes it harder to attract new players and gives existing ones very little reason to remain loyal. Betmaster may introduce fresh offers later, but right now the cupboard is bare.

What are the Pros and Cons of Betmaster Casino?

Pros: Betmaster has a big-brand feel. It offers sports betting, high-quality casino games, live dealer games and bingo all under one roof. 24/7 customer support is provided via live chat.

Cons: Betmaster currently offers no active bonuses at all, which leaves it with very little to attract new players or reward the ones it already has. The site also lags behind the times with regard to withdrawal processing. Standard card withdrawals can take up to five business days, while certain manual bank transfers can take between five and ten business days. That’s no longer acceptable by modern standards.

Top Slots and Games

You could, and perhaps should, say that the top games at Betmaster are actually sports. The site’s homepage defaults to sporting odds, and horse racing is the first thing you’ll see there. Greyhound racing comes next, so this is a fairly traditional old-school bookie in that sense. In fact, if you want to find any other sports, you’ll have to either click on their related promotions or open the side menu. Not even football gets a look-in on the Betmaster homepage, and that’s relatively unusual for an iGaming brand serving the UK market. The top games in Betmaster Casino, on the other hand, are very easy to spot in the homepage’s side menu.

While the content of that side menu changes occasionally, it seems that live dealer games are always listed ahead of slots. The top games in that category at the time of our visit were Pragmatic Play’s Mega Roulette, Mega Wheel and Prive Lounge Blackjack from the same provider, and Crazy Time by Evolution. If slots are more your thing, the current featured selection includes Big Bass Splash, Gates of Olympus 1000, OINK OINK OINK, Sugar Rush, 9 Pots of Gold, and Sweet Bonanza 1000. Bingo, instant games, and esports are also available.

Withdrawal Processing and Terms

Betmaster is fairly poor in this category. The terms and conditions of the casino come as a PDF file and are hard to follow, while the payment information displayed elsewhere on the site isn’t especially clear or consistent. Visa and Mastercard debit are supported, and bank transfers are also available in some circumstances. Standard withdrawal requests can take up to five business days, while certain manual bank transfers below the usual minimum withdrawal amount can take between five and ten business days. Additional verification or security checks could make the wait longer, and customers only get to find out the reason for a delay if it goes on for more than ten days. In other words, it’s a slow process.

Customer Support and Licensing

24/7 live chat is provided as standard at Betmaster Casino, but players who don’t want to use chat can email support@betmaster.co.uk instead. The casino is subject to the UK Gambling Commission licence that its operator, BM Solutions GB Limited, holds under account number 65699. The licence is clean and could theoretically be extended to cover any Betmaster sister sites that might launch in the future.

Betmaster Casino – The Verdict

The UK’s sports betting market is the most crowded and competitive in the world. Plenty of big international names have tried to enter it in the past few years only to shut up shop and walk away shortly afterwards, shocked that they were unable to gain a foothold in the market. We fear that the same may happen to Betmaster. There’s nothing special about the brand or its website, and it does itself no favours by offering no active bonuses at all and taking too long to process withdrawals. It’s just not worth leaving your usual favourite betting site for.

What are players saying about Betmaster Casino?

Here are our condensed summaries of recent Betmaster reviews from real players.

  • 04-Aug-2026 by Golfnut: I joined Betmaster, uploaded my passport and proof of address before depositing, then lost my first £35 and added another £100. I went on to win just over £1,100 and withdrew the lot, expecting the usual worry about whether it would arrive. Before I’d even had time to stress, my bank confirmed the full payment was there. Absolutely over the moon. My advice is to verify the account before playing because it was quick, simple and made the withdrawal completely painless. – source: Trustpilot
  • 25-Jul-2026 by Heberton: Betmaster felt fraudulent to me. My account had already been verified, but after I won and tried to withdraw, they suddenly demanded verification all over again and made everything difficult. Depositing more money was never a problem, of course. The welcome bonus also felt misleading because I couldn’t get the money out. Stay away. – source: Trustpilot
  • 24-Jul-2026 by Pat: Yet another gambling company that lets you deposit and lose thousands, then suddenly wants bank statements, source-of-wealth evidence and practically your shoe size. I couldn’t place the bet I wanted, and they then took three weeks just to return my original deposit while repeating that they were busy and following regulations. I spoke to four different chat agents and got the same copied replies every time. Gambling used to be fun. What happened? – source: Trustpilot
  • 23-Jul-2026 by Danny: There are no promotions left, the payouts have been awful and I hadn’t withdrawn anything for around four months. I also saw a complaint where Betmaster refused an over 4.5 cards bet despite Opta and LiveScore showing five cards, apparently relying on Nottingham Forest’s own website instead. That’s a new one. I then hit one bonus in countless spins and it paid 85p on a highly volatile game. I’ve closed the account and feel I made the right decision. – source: Trustpilot
  • 21-Jul-2026 by Samba: I’ve never experienced worse customer service. They’ve kept £500 of my money while repeatedly asking for months and months of statements. Support wastes your time, doesn’t properly answer anything and still leaves you without your funds. Avoid. I wouldn’t trust them. – source: Trustpilot
  • 16-Jul-2026 by Yurii: My account was blocked and the money confiscated because they claimed I had multiple accounts. I’m completely certain I didn’t. When I asked for evidence or tried to escalate it, they just said the decision was final. Live support was awful too, asking unrelated questions and demanding statements from another bank that hadn’t funded the account. Worst bookmaker experience I’ve had. – source: Trustpilot
  • 16-Jul-2026 by Jay: I’ve been with Betmaster for around a year and have had a good experience. The casino games, including 100-1 Roulette, have felt fair, payments have been quick and the sportsbook is decent too. I like the layout, live chat has always helped and I’ve won a few thousand pounds without any payout problems. The safer-gambling tools are useful as well. From my experience, it’s a trusted site. – source: Trustpilot
  • 13-Jul-2026 by Ronaldo: This is the worst bookmaker I’ve used. I had more than £50 sitting in the account but couldn’t access it, place bets or get the money returned. It felt like they were trying everything possible to keep me away from my own balance. Whatever you do, don’t join Betmaster unless you want a disaster. – source: Trustpilot
  • 11-Jul-2026 by Denis: They blocked my account and wouldn’t return my money. I wasn’t given any proper reason either. Terrible experience. – source: Trustpilot
  • 06-Jul-2026 by Max: They’re quick enough to take money, but withdrawing is another matter. I’d been waiting two weeks for £234 when they blocked the account and claimed I had more than one, even though I only had a single account. From my experience, they’re scammers. Don’t bet with them. – source: Trustpilot
