Bingo.com, which is also sometimes known as uk.bingo.com, is one of a range of high-end casino and bingo sites owned and operated by Platinum Gaming Limited. Platinum Gaming Limited is, in turn, owned and operated by the Kindred Group, which makes Bingo.com part of one of Europe’s biggest casino networks. It’s not the best-known of the company’s brands and is arguably a bigger deal elsewhere in Europe than it is in the UK, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it has nothing to offer UK-based players. If you’re curious about what it might have to offer, you’re about to find out.
Bingo.com is never likely to win any web design awards, but it doesn’t have to. The site has been designed for efficiency. You won’t be waiting more than a second or two for it to load, and once it’s finished loading, you’ll likely find that you intuitively know where to look for your desired content. The mostly white-and-blue colour scheme is easy on the eye, and the neatly arranged categories beneath the banner instantly let you know what’s hot and current at the site right now. Let’s look past that and focus on the meat of the content instead.
Bingo.com Welcome Bonus
None of the promotions at Bingo.com appear to be permanent. There were ten active promotions available on the website when we visited it to write this review, but so many of them are associated with either new games or daily or weekend events that it’s hard to say whether any of them would still be there if we came to look again a month from now. As an example, there’s a section on the promotions page for “lottery offers,” but there were no promotions in that section at all at the time we looked. To cut a long story short, there aren’t any promotions at Bingo.com intended for the use of new players. That might not be the case in the future, but it was the case when this review was written. Rolling out the red carpet or putting something attractive together for potential new players is considered almost essential for new casinos in the 2020s, but apparently, Bingo.com disagrees.
Ongoing Offers
We’ve noted every time we’ve reviewed Bingo.com in the past that it chops and changes its promotions often, and we’ve noticed again when coming back to review it this time – every bonus we mentioned by name last time has gone. That makes us almost reluctant to specify anything lest the offers we refer to are gone by this time next week. For the sake of completeness, though, Bingo.com offered a wheel of fortune, a special £3 bingo bonus for wagering £30 or more on Tuesdays, and a vague promise of “daily bingo offers.” There was also an active casino tournament. We’d love to be more specific than this, but we’ll tell you why we can’t in the paragraph below.
The big problem we have with promotions at Bingo.com is that the terms are poorly defined. The Refer-A-Friend bonus, for example, makes reference to wagering requirements being in force. There are passing references to wagering requirements attached to several of the other bonuses, too. However, the wagering requirements themselves are never defined. We can’t even find a general bonus wagering requirement in the full terms and conditions of Bingo.com. Without this information, it’s impossible to know whether any of the promotions offer genuine value for money or not.
What are the Pros and Cons of Bingo.com?
Pros: The bingo rooms that you’ll find at Bingo.com are unique. They’re not even available anywhere else on the same casino network, let alone further afield. If you’re a bingo fan and you’ve never played at Bingo.com before, you have a rare opportunity to experience something new. As a Kindred Group site, it has the backing of one of the biggest iGaming brands in the world.
Cons: The fact that Bingo.com isn’t transparent about the terms and conditions of its bonuses is a major worry to us. Customer support has been seriously downgraded since we last reviewed Bingo.com. It used to offer telephone support, email support, and live chat support, but the telephone number has been removed from its website. Live chat support is also very hard to access unless you’re already logged into your account. Given that lost passwords or login issues are among the most common reasons to need customer support, that isn’t the best arrangement.
Bingo.com is covered by the UK Gambling Commission licence that Platinum Gaming Limited holds under account number 45322, which is the same licence that covers all of the Bingo.com sister sites. In February 2023, Platinum Gaming Limited was fined £2,937,599 for multiple licence breaches, including those related to customer identification, customer interaction, and money laundering prevention. A second, larger fine of £10,000,000 followed in September 2025 after further breaches of the same licence conditions. The second fine came with the imposition of additional licence conditions, a formal warning, and a requirement that Platinum Gaming Limited now submits to a third-party audit to ensure future compliance. The licence remains in force, and still covers the Bingo.com sister sites, but the operator is surely on thin ice at this point.
Withdrawal Processing & Options
After rooting through the FAQ section for withdrawal turnaround information, we found that card withdrawals should be completed within 1-3 days, and bank transfers are more likely to take 3-5. Again, this information could be much more clear and ought to be far easier to find than it is. If you want to get your money out of the site faster than that, you’re best off using an e-wallet. If you’re able to do that, you should get your funds on the same day you ask for them.
Bingo.com – The Verdict
Owning an internet address like Bingo.com ought to be a licence to print money. There isn’t a casino network company in the business that wouldn’t love to take the address off the Kindred Group’s hands. That’s what makes it so hard to understand why the company is largely squandering it. If this was a five-star bingo website, it would surely be the most popular in the country purely by virtue of being so easy to find. Instead, it’s desperately average. It’s a lower priority to its network company than Unibet Bingo, its promotional offers are either weak or outdated, and the site as a whole lacks pizazz. It’s by no means a terrible site, but it’s not even in the same league as the best in the country. Worse still, it seems to get a little bit worse every time we come back to give it a fresh review.
