Support is available through live chat and by email at support@elarabet.com, and there’s an FAQ that covers the basics. The homepage tells you that “Elarabet is a licensed casino,” but it never says which licence, which regulator or which licence number, and there’s no licence logo in the footer. Elarabet is owned by Zefirius SRL, a company based in Costa Rica, although you won’t find that name anywhere on the site itself. What we can say for certain is that it doesn’t hold a UK Gambling Commission licence. The UK isn’t on its list of restricted countries, even though Jersey and the Isle of Man are, so British players are able to sign up despite the casino having no right to accept them. Different Elarabet sister sites have different licence setups, so always check before you play. 

Elarabet Casino – The Verdict

Elarabet certainly looks the part, and it has more going on than most new casinos, with a promotion for every day of the week, two prize wheels and a sportsbook. The details – including the important ones – are where things start to wobble. Free spins that don’t add up, “no deposit” offers that need deposits, a licence it mentions but never names or details and a tight squeeze on newcomers’ withdrawals all suggest a casino that’s more interested in first impressions than in the finer points players will notice over the long term. If you’re outside the UK, you’ll find plenty to do at this casino, but we’d read every word of the terms before depositing.
