The amount of cash on offer is so-so for an international casino brand, but everything falls apart when you check the fine print. Here’s another disconnect. The Funzy Bets homepage promises “24/7 human live support.” When you open the chat widget, you’re told that the “AI Agent” and team can help, so the human element of the service doesn’t seem to exist. Emailing support@funzybets.com might get you a response from a human, but we’re not sure. The casino holds a licence from the Internet Gaming Licence in Anjouan, and the same licence also covers the Funzy Bets sister sites. It says nothing good about the operator that they’d give a licence to a casino like Funzy Bets, though, and it’s unsurprising that the casino is illegal in the UK.

For all of its good looks, there are a lot of things wrong at Funzy Bets. This review started going downhill when we noticed how the wagering requirements on the welcome bonus are, and things only got worse from there. The casino’s other bonuses aren’t explained properly and might not exist at all; there aren’t any service standards listed for the withdrawal process, and the human customer support we’re promised on the homepage doesn’t exist either. The casino also seems willing to accept players from locations where its licence isn’t valid, which is a massive red flag. This is one to avoid.
