HotSlots Sister Sites 2026

There are a lot of casino network companies based in Curacao, and that’s where you’ll find Forwell Investments B.V., the company behind HotSlots and the whole HotSlots sister sites network. While casinos based in that part of the world often have large international player bases, they very rarely have UK Gambling Commission licences. Forwell Investments B.V. isn’t an exception to that rule, and that lack of relevant licensing for the UK domestic market means we have to give you this important disclaimer.

Janusz Casino

Janusz Casino

You’re probably wondering who Janusz is. It’s a fair enough question, and we’re afraid we don’t have an answer for you beyond the possibility that he’s the owner of the moustache visible in the Janusz Casino logo. “Janusz” is a popular surname in Poland, and the “About Us” text on the Janusz Casino website says that it was created for a Polish audience. If that’s the case, we’re left wondering why it accepts registrations and deposits from pretty much everywhere else in the world, too. This is the most recently launched of the HotSlots sister sites at the time of writing, and hasn’t had time to properly establish itself in the marketplace. However, with its comparatively strong sense of personality and its innovative bonus, it’s probably the best that Forwell Investments B.V. has to offer. That might not mean much on a casino network so small, but being the best still has to count for something.

KingSpin

KingSpin logo

We’re not fans of the old saying “This product does what it says on the tin” because it’s been wheeled out far too often, but now and then it really does fit. KingSpin is one of those cases. As perhaps the most established of the HotSlots sister sites, it leans fully into slots, proudly staking its claim for the crown as the king of reels. With such a vast selection, especially a strong showing from Hacksaw Gaming, it certainly makes a case. Can it truly live up to the royal aspirations? Probably not, but then again, in a world brimming with online casinos, what site ever could? There’s variety aplenty, and plenty to keep slot fans busy, but the bonuses hover around average. Since offers are what many players measure an international casino by, KingSpin ends up blending into the crowd rather than ruling over it.

HotSlots Casino Review 2026

This is not the first casino to use the name “HotSlots” or “Hot Slots.” It’s not the second or third, either, and we daresay it won’t be the last. It’s good to have a short and snappy name when you’re launching a new casino, but it’s important to know the difference between “snappy” and “generic.” We have a nasty feeling that HotSlots has one-and-a-half feet in the latter camp. Nevertheless, HotSlots has found a small but seemingly enthusiastic audience on the international iGaming scene, so does it have attributes that make it more memorable than its name is? Let’s see.

HotSlots sister sites homepage

HotSlots Casino Welcome Bonuses

HotSlots Casino is a little bit unusual when it comes to promotions and bonuses. It has several of them to offer, but none of them are specifically earmarked as welcome bonuses. There’s nothing stopping you from taking them as soon as you land on the HotSlots homepage for the first time, but they haven’t been put there especially for newcomers. As such, the closest thing the casino has to an actual welcome bonus is ten no-deposit free spins on its selected slots game of the week or month, redeemable by entering the indicated code (“GEORGIA,” at the time of writing). Anything won from the spins has to be wagered x15 before withdrawal, and winnings are restricted to £50. In other words, the welcome at HotSlots is nothing to get excited about.

Other Promotions

This is where we become even more confused by the HotSlots bonuses. Each of the promotions on the “Promotions” page of the casino’s website is marked as a “Regular Offer,” but the terms and conditions imply that each one can only be claimed once. As such, they’re not really ongoing promotions at all – just one-off perks that you can pick up and take advantage of at a time of your choosing, but can never touch again. The first is a 300% matched deposit bonus with a maximum value of £500, with the same x15 wagering requirement still attached. That appears to be the wagering requirement for all bonuses at HotSlots, so take that as read from now on.

The second “Regular Offer” at this casino is a 200% matched deposit worth up to £500 again, accompanied by one hundred free spins. Once that’s done, all you’ve got left to look forward to is a smaller 150% match up to £200 and another fifty free spins. These are all fine bonuses in their own right, but we’d expect them to be claimable once per week, or once per month at the very least. The fact that they’re one-offs surely hurts the casino’s ability to retain players.

Loyalty Club

HotSlots’ Loyalty Club is pitched as an elite members-only scheme with three tiers based on lifetime deposits. The entry bar is extremely high, with the lowest tier requiring £20,000 deposited, which already puts it out of reach for most players. Rewards improve as you climb, including higher payout limits (£5,000 a day at Tier 1 up to £20,000 a day at Tier 3), faster withdrawals, weekly cashback ranging from 10 to 20 per cent, and access to a dedicated account manager at the top two levels. There are also vague mentions of “gifts and invitations” for the top tier, but little detail about what these actually involve. While these perks sound appealing, the fact that players must lose or risk vast sums to get them makes the system feel unbalanced, particularly when compared to other casinos where loyalty is recognised at lower stakes.

One of the bigger contradictions is the Daily Hot Box. The promotional copy promises up to 75 free spins a day for higher-tier members, but the fine print reveals you need to deposit at least £300 to claim 100 spins, which overshoots the supposed 75-spin cap. The spins also expire if not used the same day, which feels unnecessarily restrictive for people already depositing huge amounts. The cashback element is one of the fairer aspects, though even here the calculation is locked to a Monday deadline, meaning play outside that window might not be counted. In short, the Loyalty Club comes across as flashy in tone but questionable in value, with sky-high thresholds that reward only the biggest spenders while leaving most players excluded.

What are the Pros and Cons of HotSlots Casino?

Pros: HotSlots has a loyalty program, which isn’t something you’ll find at its sister sites. The casino’s Curacao-issued licence means that there’s basic regulatory oversight if you live somewhere that has jurisdiction, and the quality of the catalogue of games is well above average.

Cons: There’s no welcome promotion. That’s almost unheard of for an international casino brand, and means HotSlots ironically provides a cold welcome. The lack of proper ongoing bonuses hurts the casino’s promotional appeal further. Withdrawals take much too long, and the casino is illegally accepting sign-ups from places like the UK, where it holds no recognised licence.

Top Slots and Games

The licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority might not be the strongest in the world, but it’s enough to allow casinos that hold it access to almost all of the top providers. That’s why the slots portfolio at HotSlots is so strong, although with a name like that, we suppose it would be in trouble if it wasn’t. Book of Dynasty, Blasting Rubies, Big Bass Bonanza, and Sizzling Hot Deluxe were among the top attractions on the day we wrote this review, rubbing shoulders with better-known names like Big Bass Bonanza and The Dog House: Royal Hunt. There’s always a “Provider of the Week” at HotSlots, so the top titles you’ll find on the homepage change every seven days depending on who’s been chosen.

While slots dominate the portfolio at HotSlots (not really a surprise), there’s also live casino action available if you want to get some. From top-tier Evolution game shows like Crazy Time to Pragmatic Play’s slick traditional titles like Immersive Roulette Deluxe, it covers all categories and genres. Players who prefer instant win games are also catered to with all the top titles like High Flyer, Avia Masters, Big Bass Crash, and JetX. It’s a quality collection.

Withdrawal Processing and Support

“Annoyingly vague” sums up the cash-out process at HotSlots Casino. On paper, the range of methods looks decent, with debit cards, Bitcoin (and other cryptos), Jeton, EcoPayz, MiFinity and Revolut all available. The problem is that clear details on how long payments take are missing. The FAQ says that every withdrawal sits in processing limbo for three days before anything even begins to move, and after that, you can expect further waiting depending on the method chosen. In short, the whole thing feels drawn out and uncertain, so if you’re hoping for speedy access to your winnings, this isn’t the place to find it.

Customer Support and Licensing

HotSlots Casino does have a live chat service, but it’s only open Monday to Friday between 9am and midnight CEST. At weekends, that changes to 1pm – 9pm. If you’re playing outside those times, your only option is to email support@hotslots.io and wait for someone to get back to you. The site operates under licence OGL/2024/1054/0509, issued to Forwell Investments B.V. by the Curacao Gaming Authority, and the same licence covers the HotSlots sister sites. That approval doesn’t stretch to tightly regulated markets such as the UK, though, which means HotSlots is off-limits to British players.

HotSlots Casino – The Verdict

HotSlots is a curious casino. It has an excellent selection of slots and games, and it looks pretty slick, but it’s made some questionable choices about the way it operates. The bonuses are, to us, unappealing. It’s not that the value of the one-off promotions isn’t fine – it’s the fact that they’re one-offs with no recurring alternatives that puts us off, and the loyalty scheme is contradictory and costly. Withdrawals take much too long to show up by modern standards too, and customer care isn’t available 24/7 like it should be. There are better options elsewhere on the operator’s platform, and even better ones beyond that.

What are players saying about HotSlots?

Here are our condensed summaries of recent HotSlots Casino reviews from real players.

  • 26-May-2025 by Kichal:
I’d give this a miss. Live chat hasn’t worked for more than a week, withdrawals are dragged out as long as possible, and there’s no option to cash out in crypto. Even if the site looks liquid, I wouldn’t risk depositing my money here. – source: Trustpilot
  • 03-Apr-2025 by Ben:
I was refused the free spins promo because I deposited first and only then asked for the offer instead of clicking the promo link. Other casinos have honoured that for me, so this felt like a flimsy excuse. Left a sour taste, to be honest. – source: Trustpilot
  • 05-Mar-2025 by Natalia:
This site has a nice feel to it. There are free entry tournaments, loads of games to pick from, chat is always there when I need it, and I’ve had no issues with deposits or payouts. In my view it’s right up there at the top. – source: Trustpilot
  • 21-Jun-2024 by Anna:
For me, this is another rogue operator. I don’t believe it’s legal in Poland and I wasn’t paid. Despite making big deposits, I wasn’t offered regular bonuses or cashback either. I won’t be back. – source: Trustpilot
  • 17-Jan-2024 by Damon:
The games are OK but there’s nothing to go with them. I don’t need bonuses on every deposit, but I need one every now and then or I lose interest. – source: Trustpilot
  • 19-Oct-2023 by Nether:
I won £100 on slots, got my documents approved, and started a withdrawal. Four days later my account was blocked and the money was removed. No chance to finish the process. I’d avoid this site based on that experience. – source: Trustpilot
  • 19-Oct-2023 by Knock:
I turned £10 into about £50 and went to withdraw. Two days later my account was closed with no reason given. If you do win, it doesn’t look like you’ll see the payout. I wouldn’t gamble here again. – source: Trustpilot
  • 04-Aug-2023 by DarkiHU:
I completed an offer from a third-party site that required a £10 deposit and wagering. After I finished, they refused to pay the offer provider and me. That experience alone means I can’t recommend them at all. – source: Trustpilot
  • 21-Feb-2023 by Teddy:
Decent enough casino but withdrawals are slow. Make sure you read the bonus terms carefully so you know what you’re getting into before you play. – source: Trustpilot
  • 08-Jan-2023 by Nikodem:
I liked the free no deposit bonuses and being able to withdraw without a deposit when terms were met. Payouts hit my bank within up to three days, which could be quicker, but it worked fine for me once I followed the rules. – source: Trustpilot
