The support page at Lottomart claims that players can contact the site using email or live chat, but the only option on the page is to email support@lottomart.com. We’re told to “open the Support section” and scroll to the “Contact Us” section if we want to use live chat, but that makes no sense given that this information is listed under the “Contact Us” heading on the “Support” page. There’s no link to live chat on that page, but it does exist – open the menu, tap Support and scroll to the bottom, and you’ll find a Live chat button that opened a chat window for us without even needing to log in. This is one of many issues we have with navigation at Lottomart – the site just isn’t very well designed.

Lottomart operates under UK Gambling Commission licence 51833, awarded to Maple International Ventures Limited of Gibraltar in its capacity as the brand’s operator. In September 2025, the operator reached a settlement of £360,000 with the UK Gambling Commission after accepting the findings of a regulatory investigation that determined the company had failed to fulfil its obligations with regard to preventing money laundering and acting in a socially responsible manner. £50,000 of the settlement is a divestment of funds that the company was deemed to have earned through bad practices. We have no doubt at all that you’ll enjoy Lottomart if you simply use it as a lottery access portal and never venture into its other services. If you do intend to use the casino, though, there are still a few problems to be aware of. The welcome offers are now free of wagering requirements, but debit cards are the only way to get money in and out, and the operator’s £360,000 settlement with the UK Gambling Commission shows that its player protection checks haven’t always been up to scratch. On top of that, the Lottomart website isn’t fun to interact with. It’s massive, sprawling, poorly signposted, and tucks key information away in its help centre rather than putting it where you’d expect to find it.
