Matchbook Sister Sites 2026
EasyBet
Matchbook has been open since 2004, and has been the only iGaming brand on the Triplebet Limited platform for that entire time. It must be difficult to get used to having a sibling after twenty years on your own, but that’s the process that Matchbook went through after EasyBet launched at the very end of 2024, expanding the Triplebet Limited platform and creating the foundations of the Matchbook sister sites family. Now there’s one extra brand on the network, more might follow. Any that do, though, will have a lot to live up to given the sheer size of the EasyBet brand.
EasyBet, for those who haven’t already twigged from the logo, is the official betting site of the EasyGroup. That’s the same corporate giant that also owns EasyJet, EasyHotel, and all the other instances of the Easy brand that you might encounter in your day-to-day life. The key difference between EasyBet and Matchbook is that while Matchbook has grown over time and added extra features – a casino, for example – EasyBet is a nice, simple, sports betting brand. It livens things up with a few small bonuses, but apart from that, it strives to make the betting process as easy as possible. How fitting. If any more Matchbook sister sites are added in the future, we’ll feature them below.

Matchbook Review 2026
Matchbook is a betting exchange designed primarily for people who are very serious about sports betting. The only sports betting site we’ve ever seen that looks as sober and businesslike as Matchbook is Betfair. There’s nothing jaunty or whimsical about the Matchbook website, so it doesn’t look like the greatest place to come and have fun, but we’re sure that the people who win big here enjoy themselves. It looks to have everything that the serious punter could possibly want from such a site, but let’s find out if that’s really the case.

Matchbook Welcome Offer
You have two choices when you sign up to Matchbook if you want a welcome promotion. Option A is £50 in free bets when you get £50 of your own money. Your qualifying bets must be split across at least four events, and bet builder or multiplier events only count as one bet. So long as you tick those boxes, your £50 of free bets arrive as one £10 free bet on the Premier League outright market and four £10 free bets that can be used for any purpose.
If you couldn’t care less about football and want to stick to betting on horses, you might be more moved by Option B, which is free horse racing bets worth £30 after you’ve deposited and wagered £30 of your own money. The promotion works along very similar lines, with the qualifying £30 needing to be split across two £10 back bets and one £10 multiple. Each leg must have minimum odds of 2.0 or greater in order to qualify. In return, the three £10 horse racing bets you get can be spent any way you wish.
A separate offer for the Matchbook Casino offers players two hundred free spins (tied to one of a handful of slots) in return for a first deposit of £20. It’s a pretty standard-issue free spins incentive with a decent number of spins available, but it comes with a downside; the x40 wagering requirements that Matchbook imposes on winnings are outside UK averages, which are a touch lower.
Ongoing Promotions
There aren’t as many free bets to be had from Matchbook as you’d likely find at a regular sports betting site, but then again, Matchbook isn’t a regular sports betting site. It’s a little light on promotions, but it comes up with something when it matters. If there’s a major event happening in the sporting world, Matchbook will offer bonuses or special rewards on it. As an example of that, it was nearly time for the annual Cheltenham Festival when we wrote this review, and Matchbook was offering £50 in free bets for every £50 wagered on the event.
For long-term rewards, players can join the Matchbook Racing Club. Members of the club get a £10 free bet every week during jump season, so if you bet on horse racing, signing up for membership is a no-brainer. In addition to this, the Matchbook Betting Exchange offers 0% commission for 110 days across all sports, and claims to offer the best price on eighty per cent of all runners in the UK and Ireland up to one hour before the off. As you can tell from the above, horse racing is at the centre of everything Matchbook does. There are also bet builders for bets on other sports, though, and Matchbook claims to offer the best price on 97% of Premier League fixtures.
What are the Pros and Cons of Matchbook?
Pros: If you’re serious about betting on horse racing, you’ll struggle to find better than Matchbook. The site was basically built with you in mind. From the 0% commission offer on the betting exchange to the regular free bets during the season, there’s plenty to love about the site. The addition of a casino and a live casino is a nice additional perk.
Cons: The focus on horse racing is so singular that everything else feels secondary. You can bet on other sports here – almost every other sport in the world, in fact – but the site’s coverage of those sports is almost a sideshow. The casino is such a sideshow that none of its games are advertised on the main Matchbook site – you have to enter a minisite to find them. The casino’s promotions are a little on the small side, too.
Top Games at Matchbook
Looking for the top games at Matchbook isn’t the right way to use the site. It’s a sports betting site – the fact that it also provides a casino is basically a nicety. The casino side of Matchbook has recently had an eye-catching black-and-pink makeover, but it’s still relegated to a minisite. There, you’ll find the likes of Starburst, Aloha: Cluster Pays and Aviator waiting for you, but they’re really not what Matchbook is about.
Horse racing is at the core of Matchbook, and nothing else comes close in terms of feature space. Today’s race card will always be front and centre in the middle of the Matchbook homepage, and horse racing is the focus of all the casino’s promotions. Football (which the site refers to as “soccer” despite being UK-based) takes second billing. From there, the Matchbook order of priority is greyhound racing, golf, and then cricket. The long list of sports that it covers is very long indeed, though, and you can also bet on politics and entertainment matters.
Withdrawal Processing and Support
Matchbook warns that its withdrawal methods may vary based on jurisdiction, but if you’re in the UK, you can use a Neteller or Skrill e-wallet, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or a Mastercard or Visa debit card. Curiously, there’s no PayPal support, nor any support for Trustly. Regrettably, the Matchbook FAQ doesn’t provide us with any information about withdrawal speeds. We’re sure that Matchbook would be advertising the fact it can provide fast withdrawals if that were the case, so we suspect they’re a little on the slow side. We also think there’s no excuse for not giving players a rough idea of when their money might be processed, even if they can’t guarantee turnaround times down to the day or hour.
Customer Support and Licensing
The easiest and fastest way to get in touch with Matchbook is to use the live chat service, which is available from 9am to 2am every day. If you want to speak to someone over the phone, you can ask for a callback from someone on the live chat team. That’s a long-winded way of going about it, but at least the option is there. Alternatively, send an email to support@matchbook.com or get in contact with the brand on social media for assistance.
When it comes to licensing, Matchbook is covered by UK Gambling Commission licence 39504, which is held by Triplebet Limited. The licence, which is clean, also covers the Matchbook sister sites.
Matchbook – The Verdict
Matchbook is a little niche, but it performs very well within that niche. If you’re big into horse racing, you’re unlikely to find anywhere better to bet. If horse racing isn’t your bag, there isn’t much that’s likely to persuade you to give Matchbook a try. That’s the way the site has set out its stall, and based on reviews, it’s a decision that’s worked well for the site. It offers a high-quality experience in a professional environment, and the only real negative we can find is that it doesn’t publish timetables for withdrawals. That would be a very easy thing for Triplebet to fix, and we hope they’ve done so by the next time we come back to the Matchbook site to review it.

What are players saying about Matchbook?
Here are our condensed / reader’s digest summaries of recent Matchbook reviews from real players.
- 13-Jun-2025 by Kelly:
I’ve always had a positive experience using this site. The customer service team are friendly and happy to help with any queries I have. It’s been reliable every time I’ve used it. – source: Trustpilot - 09-Jun-2025 by Shaun:
Their handling of the French Open final was a shambles. The correct set score market only appeared an hour before the match, then disappeared entirely once the score hit 2-2, so I couldn’t adjust my bet. When I raised it with them, they just blamed their provider. No accountability, as usual. And for some reason, they haven’t even settled Greyhound Derby bets for dogs knocked out weeks ago. Total mess. – source: Trustpilot - 06-Jun-2025 by Andy:
This is a great platform. The site runs quickly, the odds are solid, and the team are always helpful. Communicating with them is easy, and the service has been excellent. Really pleased overall. – source: Trustpilot - 04-Jun-2025 by Jay:
Everything was going fine until I tried to withdraw a bit over £100 two days ago. Suddenly my account’s locked and my funds have vanished. I’ve now raised it with the Gambling Commission. This feels like a scam to me. Avoid them entirely. – source: Trustpilot - 02-Jun-2025 by Alice:
After years of being a loyal customer, they’ve suddenly shut down my account without any explanation. No warning, no reason. I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere. – source: Trustpilot - 02-Jun-2025 by Bill:
I’m baffled by how poorly this company treats its customers. I’d been using Matchbook for two years, betting sensibly and complying with everything they asked. Then one morning they phoned while I was at the barber’s, left no voicemail, and later emailed to say my account was suspended. I replied immediately, asking for a call back, but only got vague responses about it being “escalated”. Eventually, they closed my account, claiming they had reasons they couldn’t share. I’d have happily made changes if they’d raised any issues with my gambling. It’s a heavy-handed approach that seems designed to make them look like a responsible operator. I’ve reported this to the Gambling Commission and intend to inform the Brentford FC owner too, as he’s connected to the company. Don’t sign up unless you’re happy to be treated this way. – source: Trustpilot - 29-May-2025 by Gianni:
Matchbook offers good odds, an easy-to-use interface, and solid customer service. No complaints from me at all. I’ve found it reliable and straightforward. – source: Trustpilot - 28-May-2025 by Ian:
Really helpful support team who respond quickly when you need assistance. No issues to speak of, and I’ve had a smooth experience using the site. – source: Trustpilot - 24-May-2025 by LJ:
I’ve had an account here for years, and I’ve just been put back onto 0% commission, so I’m pretty happy with that. It’s always worked well for me. – source: Trustpilot - 18-May-2025 by Jim:
Setting up my account was simple, and when I did need a bit of help, David on live chat was great. I managed to make both my first deposit and withdrawal on the same day without any hassle. Would definitely recommend giving them a try. – source: Trustpilot
