That still probably won’t be high enough for the biggest spenders.

Other perks that come along with higher levels include WhatsApp-based customer support (why?), A VIP account manager, and enhanced cashback levels beyond the ones discussed in the section above. It’s purely spend-based, so everyone will eventually move through the ranks if they keep playing at the casino, but we’re not sure that the rewards available in the Diamond VIP Tier are big enough for someone who’s deposited £50,000 or more. You’d expect common sense to prevail here. The casino is called “Megaways VIP Casino,” so all the top slots and games here should be Megaways slots, right? Wrong. The game with the biggest thumbnail on the casino’s homepage on the day we visited was EGT Digital’s Black Lounge: Bell Link, which absolutely isn’t a Megaways game. The top slots game was Big Bass Vegas: Double Down Deluxe, followed by Super Hot Chilli, and then Book of Dead: GO Collect. None of those are Megaways slots, either. Even Monopoly Big Baller, which is a live game show, gets a spot on the homepage before we see anything with a Megaways feature attached.

When you eventually get to the slots that are supposed to be the casino’s focus, you’ll see that the top ones are Big Bass Hold and Spinner: Megaways, Buffalo Power: Megaways, and Max Megaways 2, which comes from Big Time Gaming, the studio that invented the format. There isn’t a dedicated homepage section or even a side menu tab to take you specifically to the casino’s selection of Megaways slots, though, and the impression that we’re left with is that the casino has failed to capitalise on the opportunity presented by its theme.
