Pure Casino

DISCLAIMER: Pure Casino and its associated sister sites are covered here for reference only. This casino network isn’t authorised to operate in the United Kingdom, so UK-based players should avoid these sites.

If you read our guidance on the Pure Casino sister sites above, you’ll already know what to expect from Pure Casino. You should expect it to be a fairly basic-looking casino site with little in the way of a distinctive theme – and you’d be right. You should also expect it to offer the same narrow range of casino games as its sister sites, and you’d be right on that front, too. If you’ve played at one SSC Entertainment N.V. casino, you’ve played at them all, but if you’ve never encountered any of these casinos before, here’s the scoop on how Pure Casino plays.

Pure Casino Welcome Promotions

As is the case with seemingly every casino on this operator’s platform (regardless of what name the operator in question is going by that week), you’ll find that first deposits at Pure Casino are matched with either a 200% welcome bonus or 100% cashback insurance. It’s implied that players can choose between the two, although very few details are offered. Consulting the full terms and conditions suggests that the wagering requirements could be anywhere between x20 and x60 – not exactly a useful integer – and more worryingly, it seems that bonuses can never be withdrawn anyway because they’re only provided with the intention of extending playing time. What a swizz.

Other Promotions

The other promotions at Pure Casino are just as vague and confusing as the welcome promotion. That starts with the cashback insurance offer, which used to be explained as being “just as it sounds.” Its page now says even less, offering nothing more than a link to the terms and conditions, which confirm that cashback carries x1 wagering and can’t be cashed out for more than ten times its value. How much cashback is available, and how is it delivered? We have no idea. A second “Next Day Cashback” promotion, Cashtravaganza, is listed as a separate offer, but its page no longer mentions a percentage or a promotion period either.

The loyalty offer, now called VIP Loyalty Points, used to be the only one at Pure Casino with any information attached to it, including an exchange rate of £1 for every 1,000 points. That’s gone too. The page gives no earning rate and no exchange rate, and the terms only tell us that converted points count as free bonuses, which means they can’t be withdrawn. There’s no way of finding out what they’re worth without spending money.

What are the Pros and Cons of Pure Casino?

Top Games at Pure Casino

Pure Casino’s game portfolio is drawn from a smaller pool of providers than you’d find at a licensed UK casino, which is a direct consequence of the casino operating without a trusted licence. If it held a licence from the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority, it would have far more options in terms of who it could host slots from. Even with its reduced range, though, it now has 978 games to offer from around 15 providers, including Rival Gaming, Betsoft, Spinomenal and Tom Horn. Here are some of the most popular.

Wrath of Medusa, a slots game by Rival Gaming, transports players to the eerie lair of Medusa, set against a backdrop of a crumbling stone temple and stoned warriors. This Greek mythology-inspired slot game features a 5-3 layout with 20 betways and a maximum win of x500. The game’s immersive atmosphere is enhanced by high-quality graphics and a fitting soundtrack. Key features include Expanding Wilds, where Medusa covers entire reels, and a Free Spins round triggered by Perseus Scatters, offering players a choice of bonus options. The game also includes Sticky Wilds with Respins, adding to the excitement. “Wrath of Medusa” promises a thrilling experience with its unique gameplay and mythical theme.

Set sail with the Viking Voyage slot, a visually stunning creation by Betsoft. Launched on 22 April 2019, this game takes you on an adventurous journey with a crew of fierce Vikings, seeking fortunes across the seas. The game boasts impressive 3D animated graphics, bringing to life characters and items inspired by Norse mythology. Players can enjoy features like expanding wilds, which can potentially cover the entire screen, and a free spins feature with a 3x multiplier and more expanding wilds, offering chances for significant wins. The game also allows players to purchase the free spins feature, with each special coin landed reducing the buy-in cost. Viking Voyage operates on a 5×3 layout with 243 betways, offering an RTP of 96.12% and high variance.

Yak, Yeti and Roll by Betsoft is a whimsical, winter-themed slot game that takes players on a frosty adventure across the Arctic tundra. The game features a unique 5×3 cascading reel system, where each win triggers a cascade, potentially leading to more wins. Players join an eccentric Inuit inventor and his yeti companion, travelling in a snowmobile, uncovering treasures like instant payouts and multipliers along the way. The game boasts a 96.54% RTP and medium variance, offering a max win of x4637. The gameplay is enriched with free spins, multipliers, and special symbols, all set against a charming Arctic backdrop.

Withdrawal Processing & Support

Upon visiting Pure Casino’s website, you’ll immediately notice the recognisable logos of Visa, Mastercard, and Bitcoin. However, these symbols offer scant insight into the casino’s withdrawal policies. Again, we’ve had to go nosing through the full Pure Casino terms and conditions to get the information we’re looking for, and we didn’t much like what we found. Withdrawals can take up to eighteen business days to be approved, although crypto withdrawals can be quicker if you deposited with crypto in the first place. Expecting players to wait eighteen days for a withdrawal in this day and age is ridiculous. The terms also cap withdrawals at £1,500 at a time and £10,000 a month, limit you to ten times your deposit if you paid in £249 or less, and allow the casino to charge 3% to 6.5% on card deposits. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you’ll need to send ID, a utility bill, copies of your cards and a signed card authorisation form.

Customer Services & Licensing

While we’ve struggled to find reasons to praise Pure Casino in other areas, it does well with customer support. There’s no UK phone line, but the casino lists numbers for France and Spain and an international line on +1 910 665 7465, which is a US number, alongside a live chat service and an email address (support@purecasino.co) if you don’t fancy speaking to anybody over the phone. Finance questions go to a separate address: documents@pure.casino.

Windward Circle B.V. holds the licence that covers Pure Casino under licence OGL/2024/1135/0484 with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. The regulator’s most recent register, dated 14 October 2026, lists that licence with an expiry date of 27 August 2026 and a status of “Assessment in progress”, suggesting renewal is still being processed. The footer also gives Windward Circle’s company number as 150466, while the register lists 138316. That’s not much peace of mind, even if you live somewhere that the licence covers, i.e. not the United Kingdom. Not all of the Pure Casino sister sites are licensed, so always check before you play.

Pure Casino – The Verdict

If you’ve thoroughly read our review, you’ll already know our stance on Pure Casino. For UK-based players, venturing into casinos outside the UK Gambling Commission’s oversight carries significant risks, though such platforms can still be enticing. However, with Pure Casino, it’s hard to see what might draw a UK player to take a chance. Key information is conspicuously absent, the selection of games is limited, and players are even charged for making deposits. It begs the question: where’s the charm in all this?
