Virtual Casino Group Casinos 2026

The Virtual Casino Group has a bad reputation online. The address and operating location of the casino network company cannot be verified, and the internet is full of complaints about late payment, non-payment and other customer service issues. More worryingly, the Virtual Casino Group’s casinos are not covered by any recognised iGaming licences. For those reasons, we strongly recommend that UK players look elsewhere.

In the interests of safety and legality, UK players should only play at casinos covered by a full, valid licence from the UK Gambling Commission.

Wild Vegas Casino

Wild Vegas Casino is arguably the best-known of the Virtual Casino Group casinos now that Virtual Casino itself is closed. The casino accepts sign-ups and registrations from almost everywhere. That includes the United States of America (even though it’s illegal to offer online slots and casino websites to customers in the USA). That tells you a lot of what you need to know about the way that the Virtual Casino Group does business. The setup of Wild Vegas Casino is typical of the rest of the sites on the network. Wild Vegas Casino operates on RTG’s software platform, which is fairly typical of casinos based in Curacao. It’s a very limited platform with no providers other than Real Time Gaming. That means Wild Vegas Casino only has around 150 online slots in its games portfolio and can’t offer any live dealer games. Between the lack of quality games, the low number of games available overall and the total lack of a recognised licence, Wild Vegas Casino is one to miss. That advice remains true of the other casinos we’re about to mention, but we’ll discuss each of them individually.

Prism Casino

prism casino logo

Prism Casino is a brightly-coloured casino site that’s been online since 2002 and looks its age. Being online for twenty years would be something for most online casinos to celebrate, but we’d suggest that there isn’t much worth celebrating when it comes to Prism Casino. It’s a horribly dated-looking site and comes with all of the same problems as Wild Vegas Casino. The casino would prefer players to download software from the site before they play any games, but whether you download any software or not, you’ll still be faced with the same collection of around 150 online slots from RTG. Prism Casino claims to offer a VIP program to loyal players, but complaints elsewhere suggest that even VIPs experience the same basic customer service and non-payment issues as general customers. Geo-restrictions make it impossible for players from the UK to register with the site, so it at least gets that right. The lack of a licence is a massive red flag. Some of the text in the “about us” section of Prism Casino says that the site complies with the laws of Costa Rica, which might offer a clue about the location of Virtual Casino Group, but there are references to both Curacao and the Czech Republic on other sites.

Club Player Casino

Club Player Casino is a little younger than Prism Casino, but not by much. It was launched in 2004 and also claims to be compliant with the laws of Costa Rica. We think – but cannot prove – that Virtual Casino Group was originally based in Costa Rica but has moved elsewhere within the past decade. Club Player Casino claims to offer a 450% matched deposit bonus to new players, but failure to deliver bonuses is yet another one of the many complaints we’ve heard about casinos on this network. Further down the homepage, it claims that progressive jackpots of up to £250,000 might be available. That’s actually a low figure compared to the seven and eight-figure jackpots you’ll find at the world’s biggest online slots sites and is another reminder of the limitations of the RTG platform. If you don’t have access to the biggest jackpot games, you can’t provide players with access to the biggest jackpots, and that’s the situation with Club Player Casino. A link in the footer of Club Player Casino claims that the site’s licence is held by a company called Hastings BV. The “BV” suggests that the company ought to be based in Curacao, but we can’t find any evidence that any such company exists. Without that evidence, we have to assume that this is yet another Virtual Casino Group site without a licence.

Palace of Chance

Palace of Chance logo

We should try to find something positive to say about at least one of the Virtual Casino Group casinos, so we’ll say that Palace of Chance is the best-looking and most appealing of the casino sites we’ve highlighted here. It looks more modern and secure than any of the other casino sites in the range, and it offers a seven-figure maximum jackpot. However, it doesn’t explain how the figure of £1m has been arrived at, and so we can’t rule out it’s a cumulative total taken from all of the RTG jackpot slots on the site added together. The offer to new players at Palace of Chance is a 200% matched deposit with “no rules” attached, which could mean either that there aren’t any wagering requirements or that the casino is unlicensed. Unlike several of the other sites on the network, Palace of Chance offers blackjack and poker, so there’s at least a little more variety here for the players who feel bold enough to lay their money down and give the casino a try. Palace of Chance feels a little more like a casino of the 2020s in that it doesn’t ask players to download anything before they start spending or playing, but it’s still a lacklustre site, and it still can’t offer the most basic assurances about safety and responsibility.

About Virtual Casino Group

Virtually Invisible

We wish we could paint you a detailed picture of Virtual Casino Group, but unfortunately, it isn’t possible to do so. We doubt that anyone who doesn’t work for the company could. We’re accustomed to casino network companies with links to Curacao, making it difficult to find information about them, but Virtual Casino Group takes that to the next level. It hasn’t even been possible to pin down an address for the company. It’s generally thought that the business was founded in Costa Rica in 20022, but there are definite links to Curacao in the 2020s, and we’ve seen suggestions elsewhere that the company’s head office is in the Czech Republic. The casino network company doesn’t have a network and doesn’t release public statements. There’s no way of knowing how many people work for Virtual Casino Group or how much money the company has made over the years. That also means that there’s no way of knowing how much they’ve paid out to their customers. One red flag is normally enough to mean it’s worth giving a casino network company a wide berth. Virtual Casino Group has several of them.

The lack of clarity over where the company is based is one matter, but the lack of licencing information is arguably worse. Some of the company’s casino sites claim to be compliant with the laws of Costa Rica but stop short of saying that they hold an iGaming licence in Costa Rica. Even if they did, it wouldn’t matter much, as there isn’t an iGaming licence available in Costa Rica that’s recognised in the rest of the world. All of the world’s most respected casino sites have licences with either the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority. Some have both. Below those benchmarks, there are also obtainable licences in Sweden, Gibraltar, Alderney and several other places. The licences handed out by Antillephone N.V. in Curacao are viewed with suspicion and exist somewhere near the bottom of the ladder in terms of respectability, but Virtual Casino Group doesn’t even have a licence from Curacao. In as far as it’s possible to tell, the company is completely unlicensed.

Virtually Untrustworthy

From there, the list of concerns only grows bigger. The fact that only games from Real Time Gaming are available at the company’s casino sites suggests that other providers won’t work with them. The fact that several of the Virtual Casino Group sites – especially Wild Vegas Casino – openly admit that they’re open to players from the United States of America means that the company has little regard for the laws of sovereign nations. Our friends at Ask Gamblers have noted that Virtual Casino Group’s casinos have been connected with “numerous controversies,” including slow payments and unexplained account closures. Our friends at Casinomeister called them “the antithesis of accredited casinos.” Processing times and banking fees and limits aren’t specified on any of the Virtual Casino Group’s websites. You can’t even rely on the FAQ section being available every time you visit. We feel like we’ve given you enough reasons to stay away from these casinos already, but just to be clear, we don’t think you should play at any of these sites. There are some great online casinos out there in the world, and you’ll find links to them at the top of this page. Go and play at one or more of them instead.
