The 7bet proposition might be considered excellent in Lithuania, but there isn’t enough meat to it for it to be a success in the UK. If it becomes a wildly popular brand, we’re going to be left with egg on our faces, but we don’t think there’s much chance of that at the moment. The biggest problem is the lack of 24-hour live customer support, a problem that gets worse on weekends, when agents knock off at 9pm. The lack of compelling bonuses is another problem. Tighten up on these two things, and 7bet’s prospects would look a lot brighter.
