We know the qualities of this operator, and we also know how well-liked the Betnero brand is outside the UK. However, there’s room for improvement. A steep jump in points needed between tiers, notably from Platinum to Diamond, feels excessive, likely leaving many players stuck or discouraged. The expiry of redeemed bonuses after just 31 days is another downside, pressuring players to spend quickly rather than at leisure. Customer support is, as we said in the Pros and Cons section of this review, a mixed bag at Betnero. The contact page no longer provides a phone number. Instead, it gives an email address, support@betnero.co.uk, with service hours of 8am to 11pm on weekdays and 10am to 10pm at weekends. The FAQ, meanwhile, says that support is available 24/7 through live chat and email, and at least one recent reviewer says they’ve used the chat, so it’s worth logging in and looking for it before you settle for email.

The UK Gambling Commission licence that covers Betnero Casino is number 48789 and is held by Anakatech Interactive Limited. It’s a clean licence with no history of disciplinary action from the regulator, and it also covers the Betnero sister sites.

Betnero Casino – The Verdict

Betnero is, as we think you can probably tell from what we’ve had to say in this review, pretty good. Its bonuses are fine, its portfolio is decent, and it can get withdrawals to players fairly quickly. Those are the key three things that most players look for from a new betting or casino brand, so it’s got those boxes ticked. However, we didn’t find anything outstanding about Betnero.
