BetTOM Sister Sites 2026
BetTOM launched as a brand new sportsbook targeting the UK market in mid-2025. Not only that, but it comes from an operator that’s also new to the market. That combination of facts means that, for now at least, there aren’t any BetTOM sister sites. Given that the name of the company behind the brand is Bet Tom Limited, things might stay that way forever – in our experience, operators rarely name themselves after a brand unless they intend for it to be their only brand. We’re always open to being proven wrong, though, and if any BetTOM sister sites ever launch, we’ll add them here. Until such a day comes, here’s a detailed review of this bookie and its proposition.
Can BetTOM Be Trusted?

★★★★★
BetTOM is a 3-star trusted betting site.
BetTOM Review 2026
The UK sports betting market is the world’s most crowded and competitive, and plenty of brands have sunk without trace inside it within the past few years. It would take an absolutely exceptional, one-of-a-kind brand to make a dent in the marketplace now, so it’s not a surprise that so many experts think it would be insane to even try. Does that mean that BetTOM and the people behind it are insane for trying to gain a foothold in the market with their 2025 launch? Perhaps so, but the best way to find that out is by reviewing what they’ve created. We’re going to do that now.
BetTOM Welcome Bonuses
The BetTOM welcome promotion for sports bettors isn’t quite as exciting as you think it might be at a glance. The banner on the homepage says £25 FREE BET in giant lettering, followed by 50% back on first-day losses. We initially interpreted that as two separate offers, but it turns out that it’s just one. Half of the money you lose on your first day betting on sports with BetTOM will come back to you as a free bet up to a maximum value of £25, and that’s it. You need to make a minimum of three bets of £10 or more to qualify for the offer, too, and the presence of a loser-based welcome bonus means there’s no welcome bonus at all for winners. That’s not great.
The BetTOM Casino is bizarrely difficult to find, but once you get there, you’ll find that a similar offer exists for players who start there. It’s 50% of first-day casino losses returned up to a maximum of £50, with an x5 wagering requirement applied to the cashback funds. No such wagering requirements apply to the sports betting version of the offer. This time, the offer is only available to those who’ve played five wagers or more on casino games and lost £10 or more.
Other Promotions
The only other offer at BetTOM that we’re inclined to class as a promotion is its “Double Result Payout” deal, which sees the site pay out winnings on a “First Past the Post” system as well as on any amended results, which means nobody loses out in the event of a contested or controversial finish. BetTOM also lists best odds guarantees for all UK and Irish horse and greyhound racing, but we’re not counting that as a promotion because we can’t remember the last time we saw a UK bookie that didn’t make the same promise.
What are the Pros and Cons of BetTOM?
Pros: If luck isn’t with you on your first day at BetTOM, you’ll get some of your losses back. You’ll get more back if you’re playing casino games than if you’re betting on sports, but the offer still stands. Withdrawals, while limited to debit cards, are paid on the same day they’re asked for where possible.
Cons: The BetTOM website is old-fashioned, ugly, and difficult to navigate. Good luck finding the casino without literally typing ‘casino’ into the URL bar. There are no promotions aimed at winners rather than losers, no ongoing promotions, and no support for e-wallets or other modern methods of payment. The whole brand looks more like it launched in 2015 than 2025.
Top Slots and Games
We can’t find any links to the BetTOM Casino from the regular BetTOM site, so it’s almost like BetTOM doesn’t want you to find its casino games at all. As such, we can’t really call any of them ‘top games.’ Instead, the spotlight is on the sports that the brand covers, with a particular emphasis on horse racing and greyhound racing. In that way, BetTOM is an old-school throwback of a bookie. Beyond that, priority is given to whatever’s happening in the world of sport at the time of your visit. If the French Open is happening, you’ll see odds for that. If there are international friendlies happening in football, you’ll see those in a prominent place, too.
If you’re ever able to find your way to the BetTOM Casino, you’ll see that the top slots game there is Sweet Bonanza 1000 by Pragmatic Play, which is a solid choice for such a position. The only other games that appear in the top row are Big Bass Splash and Big Bass Crash, making the row a lockout for Pragmatic Play. Other popular games here are The Dog House: Multihold, Zeus vs Hades: Gods of War, and Big Bass Vegas: Double Down Deluxe. Providers other than Pragmatic Play are available within the casino, but the operator receives preferential treatment.
Withdrawal Processing and Support
Based on the limited information that BetTOM provides about withdrawals and the symbols we can see in the footer of its website, we believe debit cards are the only way to get money in or out of your BetTOM account. The FAQ suggests that most withdrawal requests are dealt with on the same day they’re submitted unless the site needs to go through further verification before processing the request.
Customer Support and Licensing
Live chat is provided as the primary means of getting support at BetTOM, although we’re not sure if it’s available 24/7 or not. If you can’t get through, send an email to support@bettom.com instead. Bet Tom Limited, which operates BetTOM, holds UK Gambling Commission licence number 64959. It’s a clean licence so far, and it can be extended to cover any BetTOM sister sites that might be added in the future.
BetTOM – The Verdict
Unless something hugely unexpected happens, like the brand completely reinventing its website and revising its promotions, we can’t see BetTOM making any impact at all in the UK marketplace. Some truly massive brands have tried and failed to get a foothold in the past few years, and plenty of those brands put a lot of money into it. BetTOM hasn’t done that, and is further disadvantaged by having an ugly clunker of a website. We’ve been wrong before about the prospects of a new brand achieving success, but our jaws would really hit the deck if we were wrong about this one.
What are players saying about BetTOM?
Here are our condensed / reader’s digest summaries of recent BetTOM reviews from real players.
- 02-Jun-2025 by Robin:
I signed up a few weeks back mainly for horse racing bets and so far, it’s been great. The Best Odds Guaranteed for UK and Irish racing is a nice touch as not many offer that now. Withdrawals have been instant too, so no complaints from me. – source: Trustpilot - 01-Jun-2025 by Mark:
Terrible experience and useless customer service. They don’t seem to care about loyal customers at all, so I’ll be closing my account. Avoid this site at all costs. – source: Trustpilot - 01-Jun-2025 by L:
I think this is a scam site. Payouts are a joke and features barely pay anything. My attempts to deposit were met with constant error messages. Only one positive review on here, probably a staff member. Absolute shambles of a site. – source: Trustpilot - 01-Jun-2025 by Verzman:
I joined recently and, although the site was a bit laggy at first, it has some games I enjoy. Withdrawals have been instant, so overall I’m pleased and excited to see what new games they’ll bring in. – source: Trustpilot - 30-May-2025 by BP:
This site backs rigged casinos where the RTP is nowhere to be seen. Really disappointing and clunky to use, with constant lag. Stay clear. – source: Trustpilot - 29-May-2025 by Adrian:
Don’t bother wasting your money. I managed to win £45 but now can’t log in and they’re ignoring all my messages. Awful experience. – source: Trustpilot - 29-May-2025 by Jordan:
I’ve been playing for about a week now and while the live chat is fast and there’s a good range of sports markets, the site itself is really slow and has gone down three times. Instant withdrawals though, which is a plus. – source: Trustpilot - 29-May-2025 by Paul:
Honestly, just avoid this place. Slots seem rigged and the customer service doesn’t exist. I emailed them and got no reply. I closed my account and won’t be back. – source: Trustpilot - 28-May-2025 by Col:
These guys are total crooks. Played Sweet Bonanza for ages without a feature and the biggest win on 50p spins was £3. Appalling. This place should be shut down. – source: Trustpilot - 26-May-2025 by Kabanna:
I signed up a few days ago and I’m really impressed so far. Sign up was simple, game selection is great, and my withdrawal was instant when I won. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys casino games and betting. – source: Trustpilot
