BetTOM Sister Sites 2026

Bet Ahoy

Bet Ahoy isn’t a BetTOM sister site in the strict corporate sense, but the family connection is strong enough for us to include it here. Bet Ahoy Ltd is controlled by Julian Head, father of BetTOM co-founder Tom Head, so both brands sit within the same wider Head-family betting empire even though they have separate companies and licences. Bet Ahoy is a sports-led betting site with a casino attached, and its presentation is a little more playful than the deliberately old-school look BetTOM goes for. The sportsbook covers the usual major markets, while the casino adds slots and live games for anyone who wants a change of pace. It’s still a relatively new name, so there isn’t the same history to judge as there is with BetGoodwin. Even so, the family relationship makes Bet Ahoy a logical alternative for anyone interested in brands connected to the people behind BetTOM.

BetGoodwin

BetGoodwin has the clearest family connection of the two BetTOM sister sites we’ve chosen to include. The brand belongs to Goodwin Racing Limited, a Uckfield bookmaker that dates back to 1997, with its online BetGoodwin operation launching in 2022. Julian Head, father of BetTOM co-founder Tom Head, remains a director and chief executive of the business. That doesn’t make BetGoodwin a conventional sister site, because it has its own company and its own UK Gambling Commission licence, but the relationship is close enough to be worth recognising. There are similarities under the bonnet too, with both brands using EveryMatrix technology. BetGoodwin is primarily a sportsbook, although it also offers casino games, and it feels more established than BetTOM simply because the wider business behind it has been around for much longer. If you want the closest thing to a true BetTOM sister site, this is it.

BetTOM Review 2026

The UK sports betting market is the world’s most crowded and competitive, and plenty of brands have sunk without trace inside it within the past few years. It would take an absolutely exceptional, one-of-a-kind brand to make a dent in the marketplace now, so it’s not a surprise that so many experts think it would be insane to even try. Does that mean that BetTOM and the people behind it were insane for trying to gain a foothold in the market with their 2025 launch? Absolutely not – this brand has performed better than anyone expected, so it’s time to check in on it again with a new review.

BetTOM Welcome Bonuses

The BetTOM welcome promotion for sports bettors isn’t quite as exciting as you think it might be at a glance. The banner on the homepage says £25 FREE BET in giant lettering, followed by 50% back on first-day losses. We initially interpreted that as two separate offers, but it turns out that it’s just one. Half of the money you lose on your first day betting on sports with BetTOM will come back to you as a free bet up to a maximum value of £25, and that’s it. You need to make a minimum of three bets of £10 or more to qualify for the offer, too, and the presence of a loser-based welcome bonus means there’s no welcome bonus at all for winners. That’s not great.

The BetTOM Casino is bizarrely difficult to find, but once you get there, you’ll find that a similar offer exists for players who start there. It’s 50% of first-day casino losses returned up to a maximum of £50, with an x5 wagering requirement applied to the cashback funds. No such wagering requirements apply to the sports betting version of the offer. This time, the offer is only available to those who’ve played at least five rounds and lost £10 or more, with four of those rounds worth at least half the value of the biggest wager. Qualifying players also receive ten 10p free spins on Big Bass Splash, with winnings subject to x10 wagering and a maximum cashout of £50.

Other Promotions

BetTOM isn’t exactly overflowing with ongoing promotions, but its “Double Result Payout” deal is always available. The offer applies to qualifying UK and Irish horse races and pays out on the first horse past the post as well as any amended result, up to a maximum benefit of £5,000 per customer per day. There’s also Acca Insurance, while a Daily Acca Boost can add 25% to qualifying winning accumulators. BetTOM also offers Best Odds Guaranteed on eligible UK and Irish horse and greyhound racing from 10am, with the benefit capped at £100 per bet. None of this turns BetTOM into a promotional powerhouse, but there’s more going on than the welcome offers alone.

What are the Pros and Cons of BetTOM?

Pros: If luck isn’t with you on your first day at BetTOM, you’ll get some of your losses back. You’ll get more back if you’re playing casino games than if you’re betting on sports, but the offer still stands. Withdrawals are paid on the same day they’re asked for where possible.

Cons: The BetTOM website is old-fashioned, ugly, and difficult to navigate. Good luck finding the casino without literally typing ‘casino’ into the URL bar. The ongoing promotions are thin compared to bigger bookmakers, and the payment range is still limited, with no PayPal, Skrill or Neteller. The whole brand looks more like it launched in 2015 than 2025.

Top Slots and Games

We can’t find any links to the BetTOM Casino from the regular BetTOM site, so it’s almost like BetTOM doesn’t want you to find its casino games at all. As such, we can’t really call any of them ‘top games.’ Instead, the spotlight is on the sports that the brand covers, with a particular emphasis on horse racing and greyhound racing. In that way, BetTOM is an old-school throwback of a bookie. Beyond that, priority is given to whatever’s happening in the world of sport at the time of your visit. If the French Open is happening, you’ll see odds for that. If there are international friendlies happening in football, you’ll see those in a prominent place, too.

If you’re ever able to find your way to the BetTOM Casino, you’ll see that the top slots game there is Sweet Bonanza 1000 by Pragmatic Play, which is a solid choice for such a position. The only other games that appear in the top row are Big Bass Splash and Big Bass Crash, making the row a lockout for Pragmatic Play. Other popular games here are The Dog House: Multihold, Zeus vs Hades: Gods of War, and Big Bass Vegas: Double Down Deluxe. Providers other than Pragmatic Play are available within the casino, but the provider receives preferential treatment.

Withdrawal Processing and Support

Payment options at BetTOM are still fairly limited, but debit cards are no longer the only way to move money. Visa and Mastercard debit cards are supported alongside bank transfer options, with some payment testing also finding Apple Pay available. Withdrawals are normally returned using the original deposit route where possible. The FAQ suggests that most withdrawal requests are dealt with on the same day they’re submitted unless the site needs to go through further verification before processing the request.

Customer Support and Licensing

Live chat is provided as the primary means of getting support at BetTOM, although we’re not clear on if it’s available 24/7 or not. If you can’t get through, send an email to support@bettom.com instead. Bet Tom Limited, which operates BetTOM, holds UK Gambling Commission licence number 64959. It’s a clean licence so far, and it currently covers BetTOM alone. Bet Ahoy and BetGoodwin operate under separate UKGC licences.

BetTOM – The Verdict

The first time we ever reviewed BetTOM, we said we’d be stunned if it made a dent in the marketplace. Consider us stunned, and yes, we ate a whole serving of humble pie while writing this new review. BetTOM has found an audience, and is another successful expansion of the Head family sports betting empire. We’re still not entirely sure why, though – we’ve seen plenty of new(ish) betting brands launch with better features and more expansive options than BetTOM, and they all sank like stones. Whatever’s keeping BetTOM afloat, it’s allowed the brand to get its feet under the table and start making improvements to the basic framework it began life with. Long may that continue.

What are players saying about BetTOM?

Here are our condensed summaries of recent BetTOM reviews from real players.

  • 27-Aug-2026 by Del: Just a fun site with loads to choose from. I’ve enjoyed using it. – source: Trustpilot
  • 26-Aug-2026 by Jamie: I opened an account, placed just two bets and then found myself restricted from all promotions. What annoyed me most was that nobody even bothered to tell me the restriction had been applied. – source: Trustpilot
  • 26-Aug-2026 by Sultan: I recorded several hours of Lightning Roulette because I believe the table was being controlled. I asked customer service if I could send them the footage, but they refused to look at it. I also asked for details of the relevant regulatory department and didn’t get them. From what I saw, I’d avoid both this casino and Lightning Roulette. If anyone knows how to contact the licensing department, I’d like to know. – source: Trustpilot
  • 25-Aug-2026 by Dave: Very good site with some great offers. The service has been quick and friendly whenever I’ve needed help. I’d happily recommend it. – source: Trustpilot
  • 25-Aug-2026 by Donal: They restricted my account after one bet and didn’t notify me. I then put money in for an offer they’d advertised to me, only to find they wouldn’t honour the bonus. It was only through live chat that I was finally told I’d been restricted. Really poor practice in my view, and I’ve now made a formal complaint to the Gambling Commission. – source: Trustpilot
  • 24-Aug-2026 by Patrick: There are still a few glitches, particularly with live streaming, which seems very hit and miss. I also find the lack of forecast options on greyhounds frustrating. That said, the site looks promising and should improve with time. I’ve raised a couple of queries and felt I was treated fairly. – source: Trustpilot
  • 24-Aug-2026 by Sultan: I’d never sign up here again. A friend warned me that BetTOM was one of the worst casinos he’d used, but I thought I’d try it for myself. I gave it two goes using my full deposit limit and came away feeling like it was just a money hoover. Be careful with this one. – source: Trustpilot
  • 23-Aug-2026 by James: I spoke to a lovely customer service agent called Roy and he dealt with my request straight away, without any hesitation. He actually gave me more help than I expected, was polite, courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Top-class customer service and I’d happily recommend the site. – source: Trustpilot
  • 22-Aug-2026 by Neena: Great website for sports betting and there are some really good offers too. I’ve been impressed with it. – source: Trustpilot
  • 22-Aug-2026 by Hazel: My withdrawal was fast, there’s a great choice of slots and I’ve had a really good experience overall. – source: Trustpilot
