Dafabet is another famous betting brand that’s ‘toured the regions,’ so to speak, before finding a home as one of the Highbet sister sites in 2024. Like VBet, it’s a name that will be very familiar to football fans in the United Kingdom. Dafabet has sponsored several big-name Premier League teams in England, but it became even better known as the primary shirt sponsor of Celtic in Scotland. That was the marketing deal that put Dafabet on the map in the UK, and the brand has never looked back since. In fact, the high-profile sponsorship might even have been what first attracted SCGO Limited to the brand in the first place. It covers all the same bases as the other betting sites that it shares a casino network with, but arguably has a more traditional feel than the others when it comes to presentation.

It was always a white-label brand, though, and white-label brands are free to change operators if they believe that the grass might be greener elsewhere. The people behind Highbet took that option in 2025, relocating their brand to the SCGO Limited platform and making it a sister site to VBet and Dafabet. Is Highbet better or worse for making that move, and how do its features now compare to the features it had before the big switch? This review will tell you.

HighBet Welcome Offers

The Highbet welcome promotion is simple, and it’s in line with the sort of welcome bonus you’ll find at most big-name sports betting websites in the UK at the moment. When you deposit and stake your first £10 on any event, you’ll receive a free £20 bet in return. The free bet can’t be split, and can only be used on events with odds of 1.5 or greater. Winnings from the bet are paid as real cash and can be withdrawn immediately. This isn’t the kind of bonus that’s ever going to set your world on fire unless you stake it on a massive outside and win, but it’s nice to have.

Ongoing Promotions

A lot of the ongoing promotions at Highbet are situational or seasonal, by which we mean they only exist for as long as the event they cover is happening. As an example, we wrote this review during the Monte Carlo Masters tennis tournament, and there was a £5 free bet on that tournament for players betting £25 or more per day. During the football season, you might find that you get up to £20 back on an accumulator bet if your acca fails because of a single bet. There’s up to £30 in free bets to be had during the IPL cricket season, and 10% cashback on eligible sports bets over the weekend.

Highbet is even more serious about sports betting than it used to be now it’s moved to SCGO Limited, and it now has specific bonuses for horse racing. If you’re a member of the Racing Rewards Highbet Club, you get three £3 free bets every week. All you need to do to become a member is spend £15 or more per week on horse race betting. All bets on non-runners are refunded automatically, and the “first past the post” system means you get paid for a win even if your chosen nag later gets demoted or disqualified. There were no casino bonuses on the day this review was written, but we’re led to believe they come and go, too.

What are the Pros and Cons of HighBet Casino?

Pros: The new Highbet is a sports betting palace covering every major event on Earth. The extra bonuses on sports betting are appreciated, and the depth of the casino side of the site is also impressive. Highbet also offers telephone support, which isn’t something you often see anymore.

Cons: We can’t find any information about withdrawal processing. We know what the options are – we think – but we don’t know how long each option takes. The casino’s telephone number is hidden in the full terms and conditions rather than on the Contact page, which is where it should be.

Featured Slots and Casino Games

Sports, sports, and more sports. The official brand ambassador of Highbet is Britain’s former world heavyweight boxing champion David Haye, so that tells you how tight the focus on sports betting is. Football gets preferential treatment compared to boxing, though, with all the latest and forthcoming fixtures appearing directly below the promotional banners on the Highbet homepage. Tennis betting appeared next, but we think that might just have been because there was a big tournament happening at the time of our visit. Basketball features more prominently than you’d expect for an ostensibly UK-facing brand.

Even though this is a sports betting brand, Highbet is stacked with great slots from the best developers in the iGaming industry. Temple Tumble Megaways by Relax Gaming is the top title in the slots portfolio, followed in short order by Sugar Rush 1000 (Pragmatic Play), Mental (NoLimit City), and Titan Strike (Relax Gaming). Rise of Olympus, Legacy of Dead, Wolf Gold, and Winds of Winter all make the feature section on the casino’s homepage, too. The live casino is equally well supplied, and leads with Monopoly Live by Evolution, Football Studio from the same provider, and Auto Mega Roulette by Pragmatic Play. Balloon Race, Gonzo’s Treasure Map, and all your usual casino favourites are also available.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

Major UK debit cards are accepted at Highbet, which means you can use Visa and Mastercard debit, but not Maestro. Trustly is available, and the e-wallets the casino supports are Neteller, Skrill, MuchBetter, and ecoPayz. You’re also free to use Apple Pay and Google Pay if you’d like, but there’s no support for PayPal. Weirdly, withdrawal processing times aren’t given in the casino’s FAQ, with the information instead listed towards the bottom of the homepage. You’re looking at a wait of between 1-5 days, with e-wallets at the lower end of that scale, and debit cards at the higher end.

Customer Support and License

Highbet claims to offer live chat support, but when we tried to use it, it felt more like a messaging service with no actual live assistance available. As such, using ‘live chat’ is probably no faster than emailing support@highbet.co.uk. The casino’s UK Gambling Commission licence is number 44662, and is held by SCGO Limited. In January 2023, the operator (known as ‘Vivaro’ at the time) paid a settlement of £337,631 after accepting that it had failed to follow licence conditions that govern customer interaction and anti-money laundering processes. The licence is still in force, and also covers the Highbet sister sites.

HighBet Casino – The Verdict

HighBet is a convenience casino. What we mean by that is that it’s an iGaming site that attempts to do everything in the same place and, for the main part, succeeds at it. There’s a decent collection of online slots, great live casino games from respected providers, and a sportsbook for all your sports betting needs. The casino isn’t quite as deep as it is wide, though, and promotions could definitely be better. The collection of casino games at HighBet is worth sticking around for, but the site might have difficulty persuading players to stick around and play with them until it introduces a formal loyalty reward system. It’s trending in the right direction, though, and it’s probably a touch better in its new home than it was on its previous network.
