LuckLand Sister Sites

Luckland is on the massive AG Communications Limited casino network. There are over sixty LuckLand sister sites out there. We have a full list of every LuckLand sister site on our dedicated AG Communications Limited page, which you can find through the highlighted link at the top of this page. Below, we’ll be looking at some of the top casinos on the network and undertaking a full review of LuckLand and all of its features.

Queenplay

queenplay logo

The idea of Queenplay Casino is that it’s a casino fit for a queen, and it’s aimed squarely at a female audience. That’s not to say you’ll be banned from playing at Queenplay if you’re male, but the site wasn’t built with you in mind if you are. It’s one of a small handful of gender-specific online casinos among the LuckLand sister sites, and it’s easily the most popular of them. Queenplay has a cheeky vibe about it – the woman who appears on the splash banner on the casino’s homepage literally winks at you – but don’t think it doesn’t have a serious side just because it knows how to have fun. Queenplay, which is still a fairly recent addition to the AG Communications network after going live in 2020, welcomes newcomers with a matched deposit worth up to £200 plus 100 bonus spins on one of the casino’s top slots. We counted several hundred online slots in the Queenpllay portfolio, and the slots are rounded out with a live casino and a dedicated area for instant-win scratchcards. It’s not quite a casino that does everything, and it could probably use a few bingo rooms, but it loads quickly and plays smoothly.

LuckLand Queen Play

Jaak Casino

Jaak Casino logo

Jaak Casino has been a member of the LuckLand sister sites family a little longer than Queen Play has, having gone live in 2018. Despite that, you’ll find it looks quite similar to Queen Play. That’s because both casinos were built using the same template that was also used to build LuckLand. Several of the LuckLand casino sister sites were made the same way, which is why there isn’t a huge amount of visual variety across the AG Communications casino network. Jaak Casino is popular because of its sheer number of games, with more than one thousand available in total, and its dedication to slots. Rather than attempting to be a master of all trades by covering every category of iGaming, Jaak Casino focuses exclusively on slots and brings players the newest, biggest and best from almost all of the best developers and providers in the world. The site promises super-fast withdrawal, but it should be noted that the withdrawal limit is too low for the site to be of interest to high rollers. Bonus value is also low, as the site has a maximum welcome bonus of £10 with ten free spins. You could access the same games at other LuckLand sister sites and get stronger promotions.

LuckLand Jaak Casino

Kaiser Slots

Kaiser Slots logo

Kaiser Slots has no connections with the early 00s indie rock band The Kaiser Chiefs, nor any connection with the South African football team of the same name. Instead, it’s another template-based member of the LuckLand sister sites family. Aside from its name and its colour scheme, Kaiser Slots is a dead ringer for Jaak Casino. All of the casinos in the AG Communications Limited family – especially the white-label ones – have the option of adding live casino features to their sites. They can even add a sportsbook if they so desire. Sites like Kaiser Slots don’t do that. It stays true to online slots, and the clue is right there in its name. In truth, Kaiser Slots may actually be a little too similar to Jaak Casino for its own good. Even the welcome offer is the same, and that’s not a good thing. With just ten free spins and a £10 matched deposit, it offers very little value. There are well over one thousand online slots available here, but all the top Luckland sister sites have access to the same slots, and very nearly all of them offer better promotions to go with them. Kaiser Slots could be a good place to come if you want to dive headlong into slots without being distracted by other bells and whistles, but that’s about it.

Karamba

Karamba logo

Karama Casino is an altogether more expansive casino site than the other Luckland sister sites we’ve looked at thus far in this short list. “Karamba” is a corruption of the Spanish term “caramba,” as in “ay caramba.” If you’re a Simpsons fan – or indeed if you’re fluent in Spanish – you’ll know that it’s an expression of surprise. It’s an appropriate choice of name, as Karamba is full of pleasant surprises. This casino, presented by a cute parrot mascot, has hidden depths. If you were to judge it by its homepage alone, you’d probably assume it to be nothing more than another basic template-based AG Communications casino, but cast your eyes over the iGaming options at the top of its homepage. As well as hundreds of slots and a live casino, Karamba Casino has a sportsbook. You can spin reels, take on live dealers and place a wager on your team’s next fixture without ever having to leave the Karamba website. The welcome promotion at the site is mid-range, capped at £50 as a matched deposit plus one hundred free spins. All bonus funds come with an x35 wagering requirement, and multiple deposits may be required to extract all one hundred bonus spins. Considering that Karamba is one of the older casinos on the network, first going live in 2006, it’s in fine fettle.

Luckland sister sites Karamba

Hopa Casino

Hopa logo

Hopa is even older than Karamba is – and it looks every day of its age, having gone live in 2005. Looking at the casino’s layout, we’re not sure it’s been given a fresh coat of paint since the day it welcomed its first player. Very few of the LuckLand sister sites look as tired or dated as Hopa, and yet Hopa still attracts thousands of players. Part of that might be down to player loyalty, as players are loathe to leave sites they enjoy playing at, but some of it will be down to Hopa being a lot better than it looks. The layout is clumpy, blocky and ugly, but there’s a lot of iGaming content to play with if you’re willing to overlook that. Like Karamba, Hopa comes armed with about one thousand slots, live games with real dealers, and a sportsbook. You’ll never be blown away by Hopa’s good looks, but at least you’re unlikely to get bored. Perhaps the best thing about being a new player at Hopa is that you could get up to £500 in welcome bonus funds, although the amount you actually receive is down to the spin of a bonus wheel. If you’re looking for a competent LuckLand sister site and you’re happy with the AG Communications Limited standard of service, Hopa is a casino you should take a look at. Never judge a book by its cover!

LuckLand Review 2026

Visitor numbers to this website indicate that LuckLand is significantly more popular than the overwhelming majority of other casinos on the AG Communications Limited platform. We’ve never been able to identify what the reason for that is. It’s a perfectly functional website, but the fact that it was created using the operator’s most basic template – one that also serves as the foundation of at least two dozen of the LuckLand sister sites – means that it doesn’t stand out in terms of presentation. The promotions on its homepage aren’t exactly eye-catching either. Is LuckLand a casino with hidden depths? Let’s look closer and try to find out.

LuckLand Casino sister sites homepage

LuckLand Welcome Offers

For casino players, LuckLand has a welcome package that consists of 50 free spins and a 100% deposit match bonus of up to £50. To qualify for the promotion, new players must deposit a minimum of £20 and be registered in the UK. Both the winnings from the free spins and the deposit bonus come with 40x wagering requirements, and they must be used within 21 days of being issued.

For new LuckLand players interested in the sportsbook, there is a separate welcome package, however, it is far less generous. For sports bettors making their first deposit and stake of £15 on odds of 2.0 or higher, there is a free £10 bet, which can be used on a wide selection of pre-match and in-play bets. Players depositing via an e-wallet, such as Skrill, Neteller, PayPal and PaySafe may not be eligible for the free bet token.

LuckLand is owned by AG Communications Ltd

LuckLand is a product of AG Communications Ltd, which is a holding company under the international company Aspire Global. Even though they predominantly market their online products towards the UK iGaming market, they are registered in the small coastal town of Sliema. After acquiring a licence from the Gambling Authority in Malta, AG Communications Ltd wanted to solidify its claim as a reputable casino brand operator by gaining a licence from the UK Gambling Authority.

AG Communications Ltd was licenced as a casino operator by the UKGC in 2014, which came 5 years after the company was incorporated in 2009. Enabling them to offer sportsbook products on their platform, they claimed their real event betting licence from the UK Gambling Commission in 2017. Not all of the LuckLand sister sites come equipped with a sportsbook yet, but plenty of them do, such as Karamba and Mr Play. For online casino fans that would prefer to play on a platform that doesn’t split its space between a sportsbook and casino games, Generation VIP, Wild Slots, and Atlantic Spins are all great options.

LuckLand Ongoing Promotions

For casino players, the only regular perks come in the form of tournaments. Pragmatic Play Drops & Wins tournaments are commonly found on UK online casinos, and LuckLand is no exception. Every month, Pragmatic Play gives away £500,000 to lucky players of their games. To snag some of the prizes, you only have to spin a qualifying online slot game once!

Spinberry also hosts their own tournaments on LuckLand sister sites. For this tournament, the top prize is £1,000, and there are plenty of smaller prizes for players that fall short of first place. Regardless of which paying position you finish in, there are no wagering requirements on any of the winnings.

For sports bettors, there is only one real promotion available, which is the boost your combo wins promotion which can boost your winnings by up to 77%, to a maximum of £11k. To boost your winnings, make at least 4 pre-match selections at odds of 1.50 or higher. For 4 folds, you will get a 4% boost, but if you’re looking for the max 77% boost, you will need 15 folds.

What are the Pros and Cons of LuckLand Casino?

Pros: Fully integrated sportsbook. Mobile-friendly casino.

Cons: Lack of regular promotions and limitations to the ones that are offered. Customer service is not 24/7

Featured Slots and Casino Games

Whether you are looking for Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger Gaming, Playson, Eyecon, Microgaming or Blueprint classic online slot games, you are sure to find a great selection of them at LuckLand. Some of the most popular titles include John Hunter and the Tomb of the Scarab Queen, Legacy of the Dead, Fire Joker, Wolf Gold, Starburst and Rich Wilde and the Tomb of Madness. A number of live casino games have also made their way onto the main landing page, including Crazy Time Live, First Person Lightning Roulette, and XXXtreme Lightning Roulette.

As with most of the LuckLand sister sites, the jackpot games tab isn’t all too much to write home about, and you may quickly tire of the 13 games that do appear here. One aspect of this sportsbook casino that certainly isn’t disappointing is the sportsbook, which covers all of the major and niche real event sports, in addition to a range of virtual games, including League of Legends, Dota 2, and Counter-Strike. On the highlights page, you will mostly find football, basketball, baseball, horse racing, boxing and Aussie rules games, but whatever sports you’re filling your betting slip up with, the odds are always extremely competitive at LuckLand.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

LuckLand accepts payments via a range of popular e-wallets, such as Skrill, Neteller, PayPal and Much Better. Players can also fund their accounts via Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. Whichever way you choose to pay, the minimum deposit is £10, and so is the minimum withdrawal. Most e-wallet withdrawals process within one day, but with a debit card and bank transfer withdrawals, you could be waiting for up to six working days to see the funds.

LuckLand Customer Support and License

LuckLand’s provision of customer service is shamefully weak. There’s no live chat facility here, nor a telephone number to speak to the casino on. Instead, there’s just a contact form. Live assistance isn’t provided, and there’s no way of knowing how long it might take to hear from someone after filling in the form. The casino’s UK Gambling Commission licence is number 39483, issued to AG Communications Limited in its capacity as the casino’s operator. In November 2022, AG Communications Limited was fined £237,600, issued with a warning and had extra conditions imposed on its licence after accepting a UKGC charge of failing to adhere to anti-money laundering regulations.

LuckLand – The Verdict

With so many platforms in AG Communication Ltd’s portfolio, by a law of averages, some of them are destined to feel a little generic, and unfortunately for LuckLand, the sportsbook and casino site meets exactly this fate. Please don’t take that as us saying it’s not a good casino, because we’re not saying that at all – it just doesn’t stand out. As for how and why it remains so much more popular than so many of the LuckLand sister sites – who knows? Perhaps it will forever remain a mystery.

What are players saying about LuckLand Casino?

Here are our condensed/readers digest summaries of recent player reviews of LuckLand. The reviews are real, but we’ve edited down the comments to keep them brief.

  • 15-Aug-2024 by Vonie:
I’m becoming disappointed with LuckLand. It used to be my favourite online casino, and I even gave it five stars in the past. But over the last couple of weeks, it feels like something’s changed with the games. I’ve spent thousands and can’t even get a bonus round anymore. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’m thinking of giving up on LuckLand and taking my money elsewhere. – source: Trustpilot
  • 13-May-2024 by Muhammad:
After nearly two years with them, I deposited some money and won nearly £5,000. But when I tried to withdraw, it wouldn’t let me – I attempted it 15 times. When I contacted chat support, they said my real money was being used for wagering a bonus, even though I hadn’t used any bonuses, and my bonus balance was zero. They claimed it was tied to a bonus that expired seven months ago. I requested a refund of my winnings, and they eventually said they’d submit a request, but they couldn’t promise anything. – source: Trustpilot
  • 01-May-2024 by Richard:
Invasive ads from LuckLand keep popping up on my phone, and I don’t even have the app or gamble at all. It’s incredibly annoying and should be illegal. – source: Trustpilot
  • 23-Apr-2024 by Luke:
I love playing slots and can afford to do so, but out of all the sites I’ve used, this one is the worst. No wins, nothing even close. They don’t offer anything to keep you entertained or make you want to stay. It’s really a shame. – source: Trustpilot
  • 17-Apr-2024 by E.M.:
I won a football bet and withdrew the money to my PayPal account the next day. It’s a nice betting site. Don’t believe the negative reviews; they’re probably just from people who lost. – source: Trustpilot
  • 24-Feb-2024 by Wayne:
I played a game called “Pots of Gold” with 20p spins, and even after spending £800, the bonus wouldn’t trigger. I documented weeks of this, but the site did nothing. Live betting is a joke – the minutes jump from 9 to 3, and the score changes after you place a bet. Other sites do much better. This is the worst site I’ve ever used. Then when I tried to get it looked into, they closed my account. – source: Trustpilot
  • 20-Feb-2024 by Austin:
I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews on Trustpilot. If you’re reading this, ignore the negative ones. Check out their Facebook page and try it for yourself – they’ve got a good reputation. – source: Trustpilot
  • 09-Feb-2024 by The Duchess:
The games here are awful. The RTP doesn’t seem to exist, and some games are stuck at 50p bets with no option to change the stake. I’ve played the same game on another site with a better RTP and the ability to change the bet level. Avoid LuckLand at all costs. – source: Trustpilot
  • 05-Feb-2024 by Bob:
I deposited £10 to get a £20 bet builder. I lost the £10 bet and never received the free bet. Customer service was terrible, and they even charge you for depositing by card. – source: Trustpilot
  • 15-Dec-2023 by Jeanne:
Do not use this site! They promise you a gift, then make sure you can’t receive it. Their “Diamond Duck” customer service is awful. If you want to play, go somewhere else – you’ll be glad you did in the long run. – source: Trustpilot

LuckLand – A Deeper Dive

LuckLand – Bursting Onto The Scene

Luckland took to social media to announce its arrival into the world back in 2015. The new casino launched a brief television commercial campaign at the time of its birth, with a heavy focus on superhero-themed slots. Don’t worry if you didn’t catch it at the time, because the internet remembers everything! Find your way to YouTube and look up the “Luck Land” channel, and the entire commercial is still there in its thirty seconds of glory. Strangely, the channel has never produced another commercial video since publishing the original.

Loved in Scotland

You don’t have to live in Scotland to know that The Herald is the longest-running broadsheet newspaper in the world. It’s been in circulation since 1783, and when it has something to say, people listen. Its words were music to the eyes and ears of Luckland Casino in October 2021 when the newspaper published its take on the top ten online casinos currently available in Scotland. As you’ve probably guessed already, Luckland made the cut. The casino was awarded an overall score of nine out of ten.

The Herald’s brief review reserved especially high praise for Luckland’s welcome offer for new players, and the review was impressed by the overall number of casino games available at the site. The only thing that stopped the newspaper from awarding Luckland the full ten out of ten was a perceived lack of table games. That’s probably a fair criticism but isn’t likely to matter too much to anyone who goes to online casinos purely for the slots.

A Golfing Connection?

Eagle-eyed players at Luckland Casino might notice that the company’s head office is registered to a golf course in Bristol. To be more specific, it’s “The Players Golf Club,” which is noted for its Codrington course. Luckland doesn’t sponsor the Players Golf Club and nor is the Players Golf Club listed anywhere as a sponsor of Luckland Casino, but there is a connection between the companies. That connection comes in the form of Adrian Stiff, who is the director of both the casino and the golf club.

Mr. Stiff’s involvement with a company called “Luckland Limited” dates to a time before the opening of the online casino, with a listed starting year of 1997 when the company was formed. There is no information available about what the company did before the online casino was launched in 2015. Aside from Luckland and The Players Club, he’s also listed as a director of another “Players Club” in Bulgaria, a golf management company, a golfing company in Portishead, and the Premier Boxing Organisation. That gives Luckland Casino several sister companies in the sporting world.

LuckLand Banner

LuckLand In Their Own Words

Click the “about us” page on the Luckland Casino website, and you’ll get a brief insight into how Luckland Casino thinks about itself as a brand. The most eye-catching thing is an acronym they use right at the end of the “about us” section – C.A.R.E. It stands for “Customers Are Really Everything.” They use it in reference to their live chat service for customer support, which is available from 8am to midnight seven days a week in the United Kingdom.

Boasting about limited-hours live chat might strike the wrong note with some players, who will correctly note that 24-hour live chat is the standard in many other places at the moment. The site also still lacks telephone support, which would be nice to see. It’s reassuring that Luckland thinks of itself as a customers-first casino website, though, and making a selling point out of the quality of your customer service means you have to back it up. Between that and the licenses that the casino and its parent company hold, players should feel confident about spending their money here.

The Future?

Luckland.com is a large, popular casino website that seems to be destined to get larger. There are a few routes it might take to get to that level, but we’ve seen what works for other companies. What Luckland is missing – at the time of writing, at least – is a television presence and a celebrity endorsement or two. We covered the company’s first-ever commercial at the beginning of this article. It wasn’t really a knockout, it hasn’t attracted many viewers on YouTube, and it’s yet to be followed up. Times have changed since 2015, and a new advert might win the casino new players.

The biggest names in the casino business have a constant presence on television, high-visibility sponsorships, and names that the general public is familiar with. Luckland isn’t quite there yet. If it wants a seat at the top table, these are the avenues it should focus on during the first half of the 2020s.
