Oddsking sister sites 2023

Being on the same casino network as Betfred would be a problem for almost any iGaming brand you can think of, as Betfred is an enormous, world-conquering name. For Oddsking, the problem is even worse, as Betfred is, in fact, the only one of the Oddsking sister sites. The company behind Betfred had never shown any interest in opening additional casino or betting sites before the launch of Oddsking in March 2018 and still hasn’t shown any interest in adding further Oddsking sister sites since. The question of what about the concept of Oddsking so inspired Betfred to launch the site is one that’s yet to be answered by anybody convincingly. We’ll give you our full thoughts on Oddsking in the review further down this page, but it’s basically the answer to a question that nobody ever asked.
You probably don’t need us to introduce Betfred to you, but let’s cover the basics anyway. This gargantuan sports betting brand has been around since the 1960s and has only grown bigger since the internet came along. When we say “bigger,” we mean the word both figuratively and literally. The sportsbook is and forever will be the beating heart of Betfred, but there’s so much more to the Betfred website now. It’s also the home of Betfred Casino, which is one of the best places on the internet to play Playtech’s much-loved Age of the Gods slots. On top of that, there’s Betfred Bingo, Betfred Poker, and even Betfred Lotto. If a form of iGaming exists, you can bet (no pun intended) that Betfred has slapped its famous name and logo on it and made it playable on the Betfred website. Perhaps that’s the real reason that there aren’t any other Oddsking sister sites; Betfred covers so many bases that there isn’t any need for any more.
Oddsking operator – Petfre (Gibraltar) Limited

Betfred is a renowned name in the world of gambling and iGaming, and even those who have never placed a bet with the company are likely to be familiar with its story. While the company is registered in Gibraltar as “Petfre (Gibraltar) Limited” (mostly for tax reasons), it conducts the majority of its physical business in the United Kingdom. In 1967, the company’s founder, Fred Done, opened the first Betfred betting shop in Salford, England. By 2004, as the online betting revolution was just starting to gain traction, the company’s annual turnover had surpassed £3.5 billion, having quadrupled in the previous two years. As of 2020, the company’s annual turnover was reported to have reached £10 billion. Betfred’s success has been a continuous rise without any significant fall in revenue.
Betfred stands out as a betting company that has retained a strong focus on its physical shops, even as the online betting world has grown rapidly. Back in 2000, the company already had over 200 shops, and by 2002, it had expanded into London. The company was still operating under its original name, Done Brothers, until 2004, when it rebranded as Betfred in anticipation of the digital era. The following year, Betfred crossed the threshold of an impressive 500 shops and even launched its own television channel, Betfred TV, which was the first of its kind. Today, the company is believed to operate over 1,600 shops and employs nearly 10,000 people, making it one of the largest players in the industry. Some sources value the company at more than £1 billion, which is a testament to the success of its strategy to balance both online and offline operations. It’s often imitated, but people who love the Betfred brand would say it’s never been bettered.
Oddsking review

Oddsking Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses
You might find that we talk about Betfred quite a lot while providing you with this review of Oddsking. That’s because Betfred is more than just the only member of the Oddsking sister sites family; it’s the brand that gave birth to Oddsking and is the only brand that Oddsking can be directly compared to. We’re mentioning it here because Betfred has a different welcome promotion for every aspect of its enormous website, so there’s a different welcome promotion for sports betting at Betfred than there is at Betfred Casino. How does Oddsking compete with this? The simple answer is that it doesn’t. Oddsking doesn’t offer any welcome promotions whatsoever. That gives you a fair indication of where this review is going.
Other Promotions
There are a few tell-tale signs that suggest that Oddsking ought to have more promotions than it actually does. One of them is the fact that there’s a dedicated promotions page on the website. Another sign is that there are categories for the promotions on it, but “sport” is the only category that had any active promotions at the time we visited the site to review it. Even then, the promotions on offer weren’t anything that a seasoned player would be likely to write home about. One of them, the “best odds guaranteed” offer for horse racing, is something you’d expect to find at any sports betting site worth its salt. Whether Oddsking should be looked at as a sports betting site is another matter, which we’ll get onto in a moment.
The only other promotion we found at Oddsking was also connected to horse racing and is called the “One Winner Bonus,” and can be ported to greyhound racing if players prefer. Under the terms and conditions of this one, players can place a Lucky 15, Lucky 31 or Lucky 63 bet and receive three, four or five times the odds of their winning selection so long as all selected horses or dogs run and only one of them is a winner. It’s a complicated and specific way to bet, but the multiplier means that it counts as a promotion nonetheless.
While there are separate sections at Oddsking for “games,” slots, live casino games and even a lotto service, there aren’t currently any promotions available for these categories. We almost hesitate to draw comparisons with Betfred again, but the flagship of the Oddsking sister sites family has an awful lot more to offer than Oddsking does when it comes to bonuses.
Top Games at Oddsking
A few paragraphs ago, we asked whether Oddsking should, by rights, be seen as a sports betting site or a casino site. The name “Oddsking” strongly suggests that it’s somewhere players should look for the best odds on sporting matters, and there’s plenty to like about the sportsbook that exists at the site, but it doesn’t feel like the focal point. When you first load the Oddsking homepage, all the games you’ll see on the homepage are slots. Here’s the Oddsking top three.
Jungle Jim and The Lost Sphinx: This adventure-themed slot is a Stormcraft Studios production noted for its high volatility and has been around since 2019 with an RTP of 96.3%. It’s a good-looking slots game played on a big 5*5 grid set into an Egyptian temple and comes with avalanche wins and multipliers that may go as high as x20 within free spins. You can even pay extra to boost your chances of landing a winner, although the requirement to up your stake x4 might be a little rich for the blood of some players.
White Rabbit: You wouldn’t know it from the name, but this Big Time Gaming slots game is a Megaways slot – and it has an unusually high RTP rate for a slot in that category. The volatility of this 2017 release is as high as you’d expect it to be based on the theme, but RTP comes in at 97.72%. The slot comes with an Alice in Wonderland theme, which is superbly well realised, but the lack of the avalanche wins feature that defines so many Megaways slots can make it feel like an odd one to play, even with nearly 250,000 ways to win. The random multipliers make it feel like any spin could turn into a winner, but you won’t always feel like you know what’s going on with it.
Immortal Romance: If you’re a well-travelled online slots player, there’s no chance you haven’t heard of Immortal Romance before. The vampire-themed classic has been around since 2011. In fact, it’s been around for so long that the company that came up with it has been through a total rebrand during the time it’s been online – it was called Microgaming when Immortal Romance was new, but it now goes by the more generic moniker of Games Global. Immortal Romance was one of the first slots to introduce the concept of customisable free spins, with a player’s choice of character affecting the way the bonus feature plays out. It’s a timeless classic and comes with 96.86% RTP along with fearsomely high volatility.
Customer Support and Licensing
There are several disappointing things about Oddsking when you compare it to Betfred, but the quality of customer support that the casino provides isn’t one of them. Live chat support is available round the clock, and for players in the UK, there’s a freephone number they can call for assistance, which is 0800 030 9156. If email is more to your liking, the site provides the email address [email protected], which you can use to send your queries. Petfre (Gibraltar) Limited holds the UK Gambling Commission license for Oddsking, which is covered under account number 39544. However, the company was fined £2.87m and issued with a warning by the UKGC in September 2022 after it was found to have violated its license conditions relating to money laundering prevention and customer interactions.
Withdrawal Speed and Support
You can’t use Oddsking if you’re not willing to use a debit card. It’s as simple as that. You won’t find any support for electronic payment methods here, so there’s no Trustly, no PayPal, and no e-wallets of any other description. Instead, the only accepted methods for making deposits or receiving withdrawals are Visa or Mastercard debit cards. While Oddsking will attempt to get your withdrawal processed on the same day that you ask for it, there might be a validation process, which can take up to 48 hours. From there, Oddsking doesn’t take any responsibility for how long it may take for your bank to process your requested funds.
Final Thoughts on Oddsking
It won’t surprise anyone who’s been paying close attention to this review to hear that we think Oddsking is, at best, a pale imitation of Betfred. Even if Betfred wasn’t there as the king of the Oddsking sister sites to cast a shadow over this site, Oddsking can’t really point to a unique selling point that makes it any better than dozens of other online casinos you could name. There are plenty of games to play, but there aren’t any compelling promotions to pair for them, and the promotions still aren’t much cop even when you turn your attention to sports betting. That, too, is handled a lot better at Betfred.
Oddsking Sister Sites Player Reviews
Here are the thoughts of your fellow players about Oddsking. The reviews are all real, but we’ve paraphrased them to keep them brief.
★★★★★
I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews of Oddsking here; my experience with the company has been good overall. I’ve made £1000 here from £20 in deposits, and it only took twelve hours to get my money. The only thing holding me back from giving it five stars is that quite a few of the casino games don’t work properly. It’s a good little casino. AR, March 28th 2023. Source – Trustpilot.
★★★★★
I think Oddsking is terrible. I opened a new account with them and deposited £10 into it. I came back the next day to find out my account had been blocked, and I’ve never found out why. I’ve been waiting to have my £10 refunded for several months now. They won’t even give me an IBAS reference. FL, October 28th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.
★★★★★
Oddsking is the worst bookmaker I’ve ever signed up with. Your account will be locked from almost the moment you sign up. It’s so slow even when it’s working; it’s just horrendous to use. I don’t often write reviews, but Oddsking is so bad I felt like I had to.Frazer, September 17th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.
★★★★★
No matter what else you do, don’t sign up with Oddsking. My account was locked with my money inside it within ten minutes of signing up. I get ignored on live chat, and nobody answers my emails. Do I need to call the police?Krastyo, July 27th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.
★★★★★
Keep well away from Oddsking; it’s the lowest of the low. You’ll already know that if you’ve ever played here because it will have ripped you off. They don’t even honour their sign-up offer.Richio, July 18th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.
