NY Spins Sister Sites 2026
SuprPlay Limited runs a small family of casinos, and every one of them has a very different personality. There are three NY Spins sister sites in all, and we’ve profiled each of them below. They share the same games, the same welcome offer and the same banking options, so the biggest differences between them are in the way they look and the extras they bolt on.
Voodoo Dreams
Some themes for online casinos are ten a penny, and others are more like hen’s teeth. Voodoo Dreams could have been a real hen’s tooth of a casino brand. It could have gone to town with its supposed voodoo theme and given us a casino experience that looks and feels like no other on the UK iGaming scene. Sadly, SuprPlay Limited has played it all a little bit too safe. It’s a good-looking site dressed up in neon and black, and it uses video games as the inspiration for its bonuses, but there’s nothing voodoo-related about it. There are close to two thousand slots at Voodoo Dreams for your consideration, which is a very impressive number, but you’ll find all the same slots and games at the other NY Spins sister sites. Voodoo Dreams is also where the duel feature that Duelz was once famous for seems to have ended up. The sidebar now has a “Start Duel” button, an experience points tracker and a “Cast Spells” option, which is about as close as the casino gets to voodoo. Don’t get us wrong, Voodoo Dreams is good – it’s just not the casino it could and maybe should have been.

Duelz
Duelz is the unofficial flagship of the NY Spins sister sites, although you can debate among yourselves about how much merit there is to being the flagship of a casino network that only has four brands to its name. When Duelz first launched, it came with an innovative idea: This would be a casino where players could ‘duel’ against each other, competing for the biggest scores or being the first to trigger a bonus in return for exclusive prizes. Tournaments of that kind have become commonplace across many casino networks now, and the unique appeal that Duelz used to have is gone. Perhaps that’s why it no longer offers the feature. It still has various RPG elements to its website, though, and it still comes across as an original-looking brand within a marketplace where everything has started to look the same. “A casino for nerds” might be a rude way to describe Duelz, but it’s also accurate. We’re pro-nerd here, by the way, so don’t see that as a reason not to give Duelz a shot.

Los Vegas
Where NY Spins takes you to New York, Los Vegas sends you across the country to the Nevada desert, although not quite to the city you might be expecting. “Wrong spelling. Right attitude.” reads the casino’s slogan, which is SuprPlay’s way of letting you know that the “o” in the name is deliberate. The famous “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign takes pride of place on the homepage, rewritten to read “Los Vegas Casino,” and there’s a neon-lit Strip glowing behind it. Underneath the neon, though, this is the same casino as the rest of the family. The welcome offer is identical, with up to 140 free spins spread over a week in return for a £25 first deposit, and the games and payment methods are shared too. Los Vegas is a little plainer than NY Spins, with a simple black-and-red layout and no sign of the Marketplace loyalty scheme on its homepage, so it might suit you better if you’d rather skip the extras and just play. Think of it as the minimalist in the NY Spins sister sites family.

Can NY Spins Casino Be Trusted?

★★★★★
NY Spins Casino is a 3-star trusted casino.
NY Spins Casino Review 2026
The “NY” in “NY Spins” (or “NYspins,” as the casino writes it) is for “New York.” That’s right – this casino takes one hundred per cent of its inspiration from New York City, USA. From the scenery on the casino’s homepage to the names used in its clever “bonus marketplace,” everything at this site has been steeped in the sights and sounds of the Big Apple. It’s an original theme for an online casino, and it’s also an attractive one, but that alone doesn’t make it a great casino. Is NY Spins an American dream or an American nightmare? We’ll know by the time we’re finished with this review.

NY Spins Welcome Offers
NY Spins used to welcome new players to New York with a 100% matched deposit of up to £50 and fifty free spins, but that offer has gone. In its place is a free spins deal that sounds more generous than it is. Deposit at least £25 for the first time, and you can claim up to 140 free spins, but they’re handed out in batches of twenty a day for seven days in a row, and you have to claim each day’s batch yourself through a pop-up before midnight. Miss a day, and those spins are gone for good. Each spin is worth 10p, so the whole package is worth £14 at most, and the spins can only be used on selected games. Winnings are capped at £100 a day and paid as bonus money with a 10x wagering requirement, which you’ve got seven days to complete.
Ongoing Promotions
Currently, the only other things on the Bonuses page at NY Spins (other than the welcome bonus) are Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins tournaments and five per cent weekly cashback, which is delivered automatically every Friday at 10am UTC. The cashback used to be ten per cent, but it’s as simple as it ever was. The formula is bets – wins – rewards = eligible cashback, and five per cent of that amount is then allocated to you as real cash with no strings attached. The minimum amount of cashback NY Spins is able to pay is 10p, and the money is yours to do with as you please. That might be the end in terms of standard bonuses, but it’s not quite the end in terms of promotions.
In addition to the above, NY Spins comes with a cool metropolitan loyalty scheme known as “The Marketplace,” which allows players to collect points by placing wagers and unlocking different destinations across the Big Apple. The first unlockable destination is Manhattan; when players collect 500 points, they will be able to cash in on 2x 10p free spins. Thankfully, with every destination unlocked, the prizes get more generous. The final destination to unlock is Top of the Rock; players need to collect 625,000 points to unlock it, and once they do, they’ll receive £250 in wager-free cash!
What are the Pros and Cons of NY Spins Casino?
Pros: Wager-free cashback is delivered every week. The “Marketplace” loyalty scheme gives you little perks just for continuing to play with the casino. Once a withdrawal has been processed, it ought to reach you instantly, whichever payment method you use. The strength of the games portfolio is excellent. There’s a lot to like.
Cons: While it’s nice to have lots of little perks and promotions, NY Spins feels like it’s lacking big, meaningful bonuses, and the welcome offer is now worth just £14 in free spins. Even the “Marketplace” scheme ends when you’ve unlocked the final destination, and after that’s done, you have nothing to look forward to. Customer support is limited, with live chat available only if you can log into your account.
Featured Slots and Casino Games
The most popular slots at NY Spins contain no surprises. Big Bass Splash, Book of Dead, Big Bass Bonanza and Legacy of Dead are all near the top of the list, alongside newer hits like Area Link Phoenix Firestorm and Gold Blitz Ultimate, and all of the time-old classics, such as Starburst, Fruit Shop, Bonanza and The Goonies, are still in the collection. It’s a big collection, too, with more than 1,800 slots in total, and newer games are added every week. Some of the more recent arrivals that are proving popular include Way of the Wolf Hold and Win Extreme 10,000, Raging Gods Olympus and Death Dominion. To make finding a suitable slot easy, the lobby is split into slots, live casino, table games and arcade, and a “Play for Prizes” section for games that are part of Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins promotion.
Some of the top progressive jackpot online slot games include Thunderstruck II, Mega Moolah, Immortal Romance and Book of Atem WowPot. To round off the game library, there is also a great collection of video table games and arcade games that allow players to enjoy everything from Caribbean Stud Poker to Vegas Strip Blackjack to games of Dragon Tiger to French Roulette. The live casino selection is every bit as impressive as the slots selection, with most of its tables coming from Pragmatic Play Live, alongside Evolution favourites such as Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette.
Deposit and Withdrawal Methods
NY Spins accepts Trustly, bank transfers, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller and PayPal, and none of them carries a fee. The minimum deposit is £10 by Trustly or Paysafecard and £20 by every other method, while the minimum withdrawal is now £20 across the board. The casino says it can take up to 72 hours to process a withdrawal, but once that’s done, the money should reach you instantly, no matter the method you use, including debit cards. That’s a big improvement on the two to four days that card withdrawals used to take. Just be aware that if you withdraw a deposit without playing through it first, the casino can charge an administration fee of 5% of the withdrawal or £5, whichever is higher.
NY Spins Customer Support and License
NY Spins doesn’t excel at customer support. Live chat is available, but only if you’re already logged into your account. Given that login issues are among the most likely reasons to need to speak to the support team, that’s a little dumb on the casino’s part. The only alternative is to email support-uk@nyspins.com.
As NY Spins is part of the SuprPlay network, the casino is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under licence 48695. The same licence also covers the NY Spins sister sites. It’s a clean licence, with no history of fines or other regulatory incidents. The same can’t be said of its reputation on Trustpilot, though. The review platform has withheld the casino’s rating after detecting and removing a number of fake reviews from its profile, and most of the reviews that remain are complaints about delayed withdrawals and verification checks.
NY Spins Casino – The Verdict
NY Spins Casino is solid, but it’s not as solid as it used to be. It has an interesting theme, it’s managed to tie that theme to its bonuses intelligently, and it’s usually able to offer instant withdrawals. You also get wager-free cashback every week if you keep coming back to play, although there’s half as much of it as there used to be. We do feel like it would benefit from some bigger bonuses, though, and we’d like live chat to be available regardless of whether we’re able to log into our account or not. The fake reviews that Trustpilot found on its profile are a bigger worry, because a casino with nothing to hide shouldn’t need them. That being said, NY Spins is easily as good as Duelz, which means it’s as good as the best casino that this operator has to offer. There’s no reason you can’t enjoy this site, but we’d keep an eye on how quickly your withdrawals are paid.

What are players saying about NY Spins Casino?
Here are our condensed summaries of recent NY Spins reviews from real players.
- 29-Sep-2026 by Mat: Customer service is terrible. The agent I spoke to refused to answer my questions, and money I won wasn’t credited to my account. I’ve played here for months, and now there’s no help or explanation. Don’t use this site. – source: Trustpilot
- 21-Sep-2026 by Gary: I made my first deposit and didn’t get a welcome bonus. All four slots I played were glitchy and slow compared with another site I use, so I’ve closed my account. – source: Trustpilot
- 17-Sep-2026 by Aaron: Absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs. – source: Trustpilot
- 15-Sep-2026 by Mighty Mo: I’ve played here since last year and deposited over £15,000 without any checks. The first time I won over £2,000, I suddenly faced hurdle after hurdle of paperwork requests and was blocked from the site. I’m now taking it to ADR. – source: Trustpilot
- 03-Sep-2026 by Terry: I don’t understand the bad reviews. My first withdrawal out of loads has taken longer than usual, which is why I came here, but it’s not a scam. If you can’t handle losing, don’t play. – source: Trustpilot
- 31-Aug-2026 by Bf: I staked £50 and won £900, then won another £200, which was paid within 10 minutes. I’m still waiting for the £900, though. I’ve sent my documents repeatedly and been told they’re not good enough, live chat isn’t working and my emails go unanswered. – source: Trustpilot
- 27-Aug-2026 by Alan: I was doubtful after reading the reviews here, but I totally disagree with them. It’s up there with the best gambling sites, with loads of games, and I’ve won double what I’ve put in during my first week. Withdrawals are immediate for me. – source: Trustpilot
- 26-Aug-2026 by Adam: I’ve played for many hours with ups and downs, but it’s consistent. Withdrawals have been quick and smooth, within hours or immediately, and Ella on live chat was really polite and helpful. The bonuses arrived and paid properly. – source: Trustpilot
- 15-Aug-2026 by JJ: A complete scam. They take your money and don’t pay out when you win. – source: Trustpilot
- 11-Aug-2026 by Alex: Most of the five-star reviews here are written by people who’ve only ever left one review, which makes me think they’re fake. Don’t trust this site – they don’t pay out your winnings. – source: Trustpilot
