BestOdds Welcome Bonuses

BestOdds doesn’t make its welcome bonuses as easy to find as it probably should. There’s no Promotions tab on the website, and they’re not among the first banners you’ll see scrolling across the top of the homepage. When you do eventually spot them, you’ll find a simple offer of “Bet £20 for a £10 Free Bet,” which works exactly the way it sounds like it would. You need to enter the code 20x10fb when making your qualifying deposit to claim the bonus, and your £20 qualifying bet must be spent on a minimum three-leg accumulator with odds of 3.00 or greater. The £10 is credited as soon as the qualifying bet settles, and there are no wagering requirements.

We can’t imagine too many people come to BestOdds to use the casino rather than the sportsbook, but there’s a second welcome promotion of fifty free spins per day for five days to those who do. Again, you’ll need to wager £20 to get your spins, and enter the code 50fsx5 when making your qualifying deposit. The £20 must be spent on one of the nominated qualifying slots, and anything won from those spins is subject to the UK standard x10 wagering requirement.

Considering that this is a sports betting site first and foremost, the lack of additional free bet promotions is a bit puzzling. There’s a best odds guarantee, so that takes care of the promise made in the name, and there are extra place offers and other spot promotions available, but the closest the site gets to a formal promotion beyond that is the selected “Best Boosts” selection, which offers enhanced odds on selected fixtures and events. Those offers change daily, so they’re always worth checking.

Again, anything you’re lucky enough to net from those spins will have to be wagered x10 before it turns into cash. Customer Support and License

If withdrawals are one of the weaker aspects of BestOdds, customer support is the outright weakest. There’s no phone number to call, and no live chat support. All you can do is send an email to cs@bestodds.com instead and wait for a reply, with no information provided about how long that might take. The site also offers a couple of social media handles (Instagram and X/Twitter) for contact, but we’ve checked both accounts, and they don’t look very active to us.

BestOdds is covered by the UK Gambling Commission licence that its operator, Razorbill Links Limited, holds under account number 66479. It’s a clean licence as of the time of writing, but that’s almost a given when you consider that it was only issued in August 2025. If the operator chooses to expand the network in the future, the same licence can be extended to cover any BestOdds sister sites it comes up with.

BestOdds – The Verdict

We knew BestOdds would be a decent betting site. It would be almost impossible for it to get the basics wrong, given the software platform it runs on. The question was really whether or not it does any better than the average site that uses this platform, and we think it does. The addition of welcome bonuses and a few ongoing promotions lifts it above average, but there are still obvious points of weakness. There’s no good reason why BestOdds can’t offer live chat support, and so it should. It should be doing better in terms of getting players paid quickly, too. If it tightened up on those aspects, it could be a nice little site.
