Pros: Octobet is designed well and comes from a company that has lots of relevant experience in the sector. You can claim a welcome bonus no matter whether you’re here for sports or casino betting, and the long list of sports that the site covers is fairly comprehensive.

Cons: The qualifying conditions for the bonuses involve jumping through more hoops than usual to get the perks. We have no idea at all about how long it might take to get our money once we’ve asked for it, so that’s another problem. The only way to contact the support team at Octobet is by emailing support@octobet.com. That’s unsatisfactory. In this day and age, live chat support is the basic standard for providing support at an iGaming site, and by not offering it, Octobet falls behind the pack in terms of service standards.

Octopus Game Limited, the operator of Octobet, holds UK Gambling Commission licence 62545, which was awarded in mid-2023. The licence is clean as of the time of writing.
