Our digging turned up registration and address connections between that firm and Taichi Tech Ltd, which is (or was) the company behind the now-defunct Fafabet. Is Rollerbet just a continuation of Fafabet with a new name, or is it something newer and more interesting than that? That’s what we’ll be trying to get to the bottom of in this review.

If you want a sports betting welcome promotion from Rollerbet, you must first lose your first bet. The terms of the deal say that if you deposit and stake £20 or more as your first bet, and that bet goes on to lose, you’ll get 50% of the loss back up to a maximum value of £50. It’s nice to know that there’s something coming back if you’re out of luck with your first punt, but it feels a touch mean-spirited to offer this rather than a guaranteed free bet for new arrivals.

At the absolute minimum, we’d expect a chatbot to talk to, even if staffed chat isn’t possible.

If we’re right about this new brand coming from the same people – and we’re very sure that we are – then bettors should be able to expect a quality experience. We can’t overlook those shortcomings, though – a new site really ought to be doing better in those categories, and we’d like to see it rethink the pricing and focus of some of its promotions, too.
